From the letter Luigi’s lawyer Karen Friedman Agnifilo has filed on 10/17:

According to that reporting, UnitedHealth obtained meetings with senior officials of the Department of Justice, including the Attorney General's Chief of Staff. The same article stated that UnitedHealth more than doubled its expenditures on lobbying and legal services to $7.7 million in the first half of 2025, engaging individuals with direct ties to this Administration – including persons identified as among the top donors to the president's Super PAC. These lobbyists, several of whom are former Department of Justice employees, reportedly arranged meetings for UnitedHealth with senior DOJ officials.

Everyone with half a brain can see that Luigi was not a “radical, extremist leftist”. He was a normal person with political opinions all over the map (like normal voters).

White House is terrified bc Luigi managed to unite people from both sides on one issue. They need control the narrative desperately….
