CALLED OUT?! Judge DEMANDS Blake Lively’s “Secret Recording” Be Made Public!

Uh oh, Blake, the judge ain’t happy with you not providing your secret audio tape. When’s it going to come out? [Applause] Welcome to Popcorn Planet. I’m Andy Sor. I’m live with It’s Kim. We’re enjoying our live show and I wanted to make sure we at least taped this section for you guys all. If you want to watch the full live shows, you can always become a member on popcorn.com and sign up and watch all the replays. usually the night of or first thing the next morning. Uh our shows usually go on for an hour or two. Uh but the main topic today you all get and this is the fact that Judge Lyman seems to be having enough. Finally put his foot down and uh calling out Blake Team Lively for not providing this uh audio tape that clearly should have been provided ages ago. And it brings up a lot of questions but just to go through it Kim help me help me sort of set this up. So uh we’re looking at this is the one this is the first document. This is what what are we looking at in this one? Well, this was the judge’s decision that he made, I believe, on October 6th where he said, “You know what? It’s time for the mystery declarant to uh, you know, come out of the shadows. We need to know who this person is. We’re going to unredact the uh the declaration that she made. So, it was revealed that it was Claire and that document was released. And in addition, what was supposed to be released was this audio tape of Steve Sowitz and Steve and team essentially um I I say it’s Steve, but it is his representation back on I believe it was September 17th, which is another document I have up there. The Wayfairer parties filed to say, “Hey, um the materials, it’s the second paragraph down there. The materials um concern an alleged recording made by a witness of a conversation with defendant Steven Sowitz without his consent. Plaintiff seeks to seal the audio recording in its entirety, although she purportedly uh she purported to selectively quote from it in a portion of her brief in the public unsealed version she filed with the court. So Lively boldly claims she placed the substance of the relevant information from exhibit one in the public record, flatly ignoring the person recorded without his consent, Mr. Sowitz. So, it should be allowed to have the entire recording made public to ensure the accuracy and provide context. Can I just add Yeah. Can I just add to how how important that is? Like to me, and I don’t know, but to me, you wouldn’t request that if you were worried about what’s on the tape or if you’re wor if you’re potentially concerned or if you don’t even remember, any lawyer will tell you, “No, no, no. You have to know the answer to anything you’re putting out there, you’re going to ask.” So, the fact that Steve’s like, “Oh, no, no, no. Release it all. we need to hear it. There’s clearly context. If I said that, let’s hear all the context. Let’s hear it all together. To me, that’s a very ballsy move. And to me, it’s a confident move in that I got nothing to hide. And if that’s the case, that that’s got to make Blake nervous. And I got to say, good for them because that does that’s why a lot of us have been team Justin, if you want to call it that, just because I feel like they’ve provided way more than Blake has provided. Blake cuz as Elsie always said it like you didn’t have one check-in text from that movie one time where like Ryan Reynolds is like are you okay today? Is he bothering you today? There’s nothing. Like that’s that’s odd to me that she has got nothing. Uh and so the fact that he’s willing to put it all out there. Uh and the fact that she’s seeming wanting to hide stuff, Kim, doesn’t that worry you? Why is she attempting to seal this if it’s so dirty and damaging? I’m not sure. I mean I’m trying to also look at it from the perspective that recently there were some changes that were done to Pacer and this is kind of like a nerdy legal stuff but basically system in which stuff gets uploaded and the public is able to see it and Pacer tends to not support this type of file and then there was changes to do with whether things were sealed or unsealed etc. So, there’s been a lot of confusion which has led to internet sleuths. Um, some are very active on Reddit. I don’t want to name the person in case they don’t want to be named, but there was one individual in particular that actually went to the Southern District and talked to the clerks. And I know there have been multiple creators and other sleuths that have basically contacted the Southern District of New York and gone, hey, where is it? Because this has been unsealed for like over a week. Yep. Why do we not have it? The public should have it. So, that was why yesterday we got this order from the judge, which kind of illuminates where they’re at on this. Um, I don’t know if you have that pulled up. Yeah, it’s right here. Judge Lyman, quarters receive inquiries from public regarding exhibit one. Probably a lot of inquiries uh to Blake Lively’s motion for fees and damages, docket 748, which the court previously ordered unsealed. The court has been informed that the exhibit cannot be filed on the public docket as the electronic case filing does not support audio files. The court therefore requests the party’s assistance in publicly releasing the file. The parties are directed to to file a joint letter by October 17th updating the court with respect to those efforts. So I imagine, hey, you got to show that it’s on on a website somewhere so anybody following this docket knows where to get it since we can’t load audio files. But this this begs the question and good on Lyman for finally following up and not letting this fall through the cracks. Uh I know everyone wants to criticize him, but compliment him when he does something good. Uh I I I do think this is interesting. It makes me wonder, does team Justin even have this audio tape? Have they ever? I don’t think they do. I don’t think they do. Think about that. If they don’t, how how sketchy is that that she’s been using this as evidence to like we’re judge, this proves the whole case. And it’s like proves what? We don’t know. You don’t even you didn’t even submit the audio tape itself. You just pulled a random quote from it and then never actually filed audio. If that is the case, oh my god, that’s sketchy as f. Uh I don’t know, Kim. It makes me worried. No, it it it does look to be suspicious. And I mean, I will withhold judgment until I hear the other side’s explanation. But to me, it it absolutely looks questionable, particularly questionable considering that this order to have it be unsealed has been out for a bit now, right? It’s not like this was 24 hours ago and they’re figuring out how to get it onto the public docket. And I would understand there being a bit of a delay because of all of the stuff that’s gone on with Pacer. It’s Pacer is not an easy system to navigate for those of you who have not um used it in the past. There’s a lot of questions surrounding this right now. What it sounds like now is we are waiting on a joint letter that is going to let us know how exactly this is going to be released. Now, I would guess that if the Wayfairer parties had it, we know they have the capability to be able to upload evidence to a website. You know, maybe the lawsuitinfo.com could host it. I don’t know. I don’t know how that’s all going to work. But to me, it’s just quite fascinating to see how this is all going down when this these quotes that they have used from this recording that reportedly allegedly Steve said and they’ve used to really essentially in my opinion, you know, smear smear him. Smear, I guess, right? Like, yeah, they they’ve really portrayed him in a negative light. Well, let let’s show the quote because this is clearly what they’re referring to. And it wasn’t just her her motion for fees. This was back in her amended complaint. Like this was back in the beginning of this case and this was used and got headlines against Steve. Uh and I got to be careful. I’m going to call it I versus H. Okay, just cuz keywords and how it works, but you guys now know what I’m speaking about. But here was the quote. Okay. So, a a uh uh this was from a uh sorry uh a complaint obtained by people le Lively alleges that Steve Sowitz, the co-founder and co-chairman of Wayfair, an executive producer once compared the battle against her and husband Ryan to the war between I and H. Uh this was allegedly recorded where did it say by another I thought I read that was it not here? Uh thought it said anyway a witness who worked with Wayfair and there is Thank you. Thank you. Witness know is clear. Yes. So a witness who worked on a different unrelated project. That would make sense. I’m assuming it’s the same thing. We’re all trying to get the clear thing. She claims that despite the film making a lot of money after its release, it ends with us, which it did. And that the timing would make sense of this then, too. Uh he told the witness who worked with Wayfair on an unrelated project that if Lively and Reynolds ever cross the line ever, then I will go after them. I will protect the studio like I protected itself from H. There were 39,000 unalived bodies. There will be two unal alive bodies when I’m done minimum, he allegedly said per the complaint. Not dead, not unal alive, but unal alive to me. So that kind of unal alive, but unal alive to a lot of people, he continued according to the complaint. if they ever get me to that point, then I’ll make it worth their while because I’m going to spend a lot of money to make sure the studio is protected. So, that was the quote. Now, again, he he corrected himself at least the full that full context is there. So, it’s not like it’s comm I mean, it’s still I’m sure to some questionable, but what triggered this convers like what what why was it even brought up? What was happening? Was she doing this and recording it on behalf of Blake? Was she proddding? was there. You know, there’s a lot of stuff that could go into the context of this that could make this more understanding, right? And so I I don’t know. I don’t I don’t know. I don’t this this I don’t think this is retaliation. I don’t think this is retaliation to me. And it’s very clear sentence is the most important. If they ever cross the line ever, which line? What are you referring to? I need the context before. There was clearly a conversation setting up said line, and I want to know what that is. And Steve clearly does too. And Steve, I’m assume, would know what it is. And if Steve’s like, “We’re hiding the sexual harassment claims and blah blah blah blah blah.” And if they if they try to make those public, we’ll get you. Well, then Justin’s going to look pretty bad, right? That and I I will be the first to admit it and call out Steve and Justin. If the audio tape of Claire is like, “But Justin abused Blake and I heard it and blah blah blah blah.” Shut up. Don’t tell anybody or I’ll take it. If that’s what the audio says, you’d think Blake would have used that part because it really would have condemned them. But I’m assuming it doesn’t say that and it says something else and we need to know what it says. So this this audio tape is is important because it’s going to sort of help I think set the um you know what what’s that word I’m trying to say of uh uh the the believability of which side right their their credibility. Yes, their credibility. Thank you is the word I was trying to say. The credibility will be lifted a ton more than potentially already is for Justin or less if it isn’t what we think. So that’s why this is so important. And yeah, I think it’s sketchy that she would put this out and now trying to claim, well, we gave you the most important part. You don’t get to decide that, dude. You don’t get to decide that. Just like she did with the text messages, right, Kim? Where she removed emojis, changed the order of things, took whole sections out that were clearly making it clear it was joking. And she she wants to paint it all in her narrative. Uh, and it’s and it’s why all these subpoenas and everything are just disgusting to me because she doesn’t really want the truth. She because the truth is Yeah. A lot of press talked to people after this lawsuit because it became a massive story. But she’s trying to paint the fact that press was talking to her to to both sides about this case as continued retaliation. It’s it’s just mind-blowingly stupid and so frustrating that it’s still even happening. I can’t believe we’re still here. Kim, can you? No, I can’t. And honestly, like I have so many questions as we go through this case, like things like you said, like about the the text messages being taken out of context. What context were they presented to Blake in? How did that like the emojis for example, were the emojis removed in the format that she received it? There’s so many questions as far as like what actually what is the truth? What really did happen? The sequence of events is incredibly important here. And when I look at the comments that I can see here from Steve, I I see that if they ever cross the line, I’ll go after them. if they ever cross the line and they threaten my studio, they threaten my friends, they do all that stuff, I’m going to defend myself, I don’t think I would have said it the way that he did, but I also feel like there’s a little bit of rambling there in the sense of like, okay, let me rephrase that. You know what I mean? Like like I’m mad. I’m mad, but let me rephrase this. Let me rephrase it. Okay. Okay. Not not actually, but like to me and maybe to some people that work with them because they won’t be able to work again because I’m going to expose what they’ve done because I’m angry. Like, you know what I mean? Like that’s the way that I I inter lawsuit with the false claims clearly is what he is crossing the line because he’s now going after them. Uh he’s protecting the studio. He’s calling her out, right? Exposing a lot of stuff that the Taylor Swift text, that’s all of it. It’s all very relevant because Blake decided to come after them. So, I don’t call this retaliation. This is a legal defense. They’re allowed to. None of this came out until Blake decided to file a lawsuit. Now, that’s the problem, right? If she if she is doing this as sexual harassment and then their retaliate like that, that’s where this whole thing is and why it’s not dead is because she’s using that me too law and so much of that to keep this going. And it’s scary because given the the the allegations, I I I just I don’t know why she is. I don’t know why she is. Guys, make sure to hit that subscribe button if you haven’t already. 1. Y’all remember the first time she had her accusations and stated there was so many people who were on the same page and so many people agreed and were her witnesses or had similar experiences with JB on set. She’s been lying from the very start.

    2. Had to say how brilliant @itsjustkim was, and always is. Explaining you have the world in your hands with your phones & being nonpolitical is a privilege in todays climate was great to hear. Awesome 👏👏

    3. Regardless of whether you think Trump encouraged the Jan 6 capitol attack or not, what is undeniable is that he pardoned a number of those involved. He pardoned violent criminals and allowed them back into society to spread more hate and violence.

    4. I enjoyed Andy's reactions more than her jokes. At some point, I thought I had a bad internet connection, but it's just actually Andy and Kim pausing, trying to decode the humor. But I get why she linked herself to Ryan and Blake—I can see in her Ryan's sarcasm and Blake's cringe jokes combined.

    5. 6:20 ish, If she had ANYTHING, don't you think it would have come out a long time ago?
She wanted to steal the movie. Did y'all forget what this is all about!?
This is actually how you people stay alive & make a living. I answered my own question.✨️

    6. Seems "Material Girls" base their "TRUTH" on knock-off DIOR handbags to gain fame and recognition…Notoriety shall certainly follow when "HONOR" is last on thier list…Well done Andy and Kim-Justice is balancing the scales…Blessings to you both!!!

    7. some of us do not have the money to be in your ground of pay people to hear the rest , so the door is close and will never find out want truly going down in this count cases . if you got money you the only ones to hear what going down at has pay the rest of you no you can not find out ,

    8. AI this stop humans from use they brain and this making you dumb ( AI will not work for people who are Dyslexic so by use AI you are cut people out and making them unfit to work or live ) and it take way the right to be human and it said humans are stupid garbage easy to liar , you are made to think that use AI will make life easy all want it do this put you in a box they can use you do not no how it works and what info this being use and look that who pushing it are you going to be the new slave , let a box tell you what life about and what words are if you use it you are cook in lot of ways they can use that to take you down , humans made AI so what they point of view and who do they support and who give them the money to make it , we are see the new way of making you a slave .

    9. People are team Justin because that is team the truth! It would be the other way around if Blake actually had proof of anything she's saying but Justin has been able to prove that she has made everything up. nobody even knew who Justin was until she did this to him

    10. We should also ask the Judge some questions. What will he do about Blake's team lying to federal court? Will there be any consequences? Or can they continue lying and bullying Justin and the Wayfarer's Party through the court system without repercussions?

    11. Just wondering. Why Popcprned planet is still on trial despite the end of discovery. Shouldn't Blake's team withdraw the subpoena? I bet she's doing that out of spite and because of the documentary. Maybe she's still on a fishing expedition to discover who talked in the documentary from the set of It Ends With Us. But how can she bring them to trial so late in the process? Would it be admissible? I'm quite puzzled by the unjustified actions of BL's legal team. This looks like harassment even more now that the discovery period has ended. Can someone explain to me what's happening? What's the point of the subpoena at this time? Best of luck to Andy and Kim.

    12. Deleting emojis or only presenting 1 or 2 sentences from a text or a voice mail and submitting this to the court – I would ask…Is it legal to submit half truths to the court?

    13. I want to understand why judge Liman stated that the court reviewed the audio but then why is there no court entry on how he received the recording. Did he review the entire audio or just a snippet? Where is that record?

    14. There were no check in text because Blake didn't feel harassed. She admitted that from the very beginning. Megan Touhy said when he interviewed Blake that the sexual harassment didn't really bother her that she had experienced far worse on other sets and what was really bothering her was the so-called smear campaign. It's on the New York Times podcast if you want to find it.

    15. Someone who reported on the Reddit user going down to court said that as her husband never attached the audio file to the motion. Mistakes can happen but the Siri is that never intended it to attach it she figured the judge would dismiss the motion because her evidence is inadmissible because it's propensity evidence and he would never even look for the attachment. It was a PR move. If it weren't for all the mommies this she would have gotten away with it. I'm picturing her some old guy on Scooby-Doo.

    16. This reminds me of when BL talked about the dance scene and then JB released the unedited movie footage to prove her wrong. They also need to make sure they check the validity of the recording. I don't trust anything now in the days of AI.

    17. I wonder if BL is busy editing the recording to fit her narrative. If she’s the “victim,” why is she lying and manipulating evidence to fit her narrative? That doesn’t make sense for someone who is innocent.

I wish I could go back to being the person I was before this case. I’m so angry that people like RR and BL abuse power. BL was no one to me, but RR…just disappointing to find out a “hero” is actually the devil.

    18. Andy, Andy, Andy,
Could you please allow Kim to complete her thoughts before you start interrupting her. I would like to hear Kim's ideas & impressions. Would you please stop with the rants & let her complete a sentence???Why do you even have her on your podcast. YOU seem to do all of the talking. Please allow your guests to give their thoughts & opinions before you cut them off mid sentence.

    19. If there was damning conversation between the two, Blake would not protect Claire, she would have made that recording public so she doesn’t look like the bad guy. No audio. No evidence.

    20. I can’t believe Judge Liman hasn’t seen through all her lies a long long time ago, she has not provided one shred of proof evidence, where the receipts?! Everything that has happened has been created orchestrated by Ryan by Blake and her entire team. All they’re doing is trying to buy more time, make crap up… her lawyers are getting more money out of her whilst day one, there’s no proof of any harassment, she never had anything to begin with. 🤥

    21. I also wanted to add that yes prices are crazy right now but being mad that President Trump wants to improve the White House isn't even an argument. The money he is using is his own and from donations.

    22. I also was wondering why you don't bring up the corruption of dems using fbi, fraud by dem leaders, the way dems support criminals, the violence dems support, even the way dems are against checking where thd money is being wasted. Look at Gavin Newsom, where did the fast train money go? Where did the donations for those who lost their homes in the fires go? Why was is vineyard open during covid when he told everyone to shutdown? Pelosi going out to the salon during covid shutdown down. Many covid examples from dems abusing their power
