At 60 years old, Elizabeth Hurley has nailed the art of the perfect bikini photo—and she’s not one to gatekeep the best tips she’s picked up over the years. On Sunday, October 19, the Bedazzled alum stripped down to a mint green string swimsuit as she playfully demonstrated one of her best bikini secrets.
“Happy Sunday! My secret to flattering bikini pics? STRETCH!” she told her 3.2 million Instagram followers, demonstrating her point by posing with her arms stretched up over her head, showing off her toned midriff. “If in doubt, arms up or lie down,” Hurley added, before sneaking in one extra wellness beauty secret: “And remember your sun block.” The Royals actress put her flattering swimsuit photos advice on display while modeling a plunging aqua string bikini from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach line. In her carousel’s first photo, Hurley showed off her suit’s string bikini top and braided G-string bikini bottoms as she posed in front of a backdrop of bright fuschia flowers and an outdoor couch. Wearing oversized rectangular sunglasses and a heart pendant necklace, Hurley added a swipe of light pink gloss and styled her caramel-highlighted hair in soft, side-parted waves.

In a second photo, the Gossip Girl alum tapped into her goofy side as she playfully laid back on the outdoor couches with her right foot sticking up straight in the air and her arms spread out to either side. She made a face at the camera with her mouth wide open. She closed out her carousel with a photo of her Clinique sunscreen, a pair of sunglasses, and a straw sunhat covered in cowrie shells. “Island in The Sun” by Weezer played in the background.

It’s not the first time Hurley has weighed in with her recipe for nailing a flawless bikini moment on camera. Ahead of her 60th birthday, which she rang in with a nude photoshoot, the British star stunned in a nude triangle bikini trimmed with gold chain detailing. “The secret to flattering bikini pics?” She wrote in her Instagram post. “BAN overhead sunlight 🤣 When shooting bikinis, sunrise or sunset are your best friends 😉 We shot this at 7am…”

She also urged her fans to cover up once the “lethal sun” got strong, adding, “By 8am, I was lounging around in one of my equally flattering @elizabethhurleybeach kaftans, feeling glamorous AND shielded from the lethal sun ♥️.”
