Olivia Culpo Details Identity Crisis After Giving Birth | E! News

Olivia Culpo is getting candid about motherhood. The model who welcomed daughter Colette with husband NFL player Christian McCaffrey back in July is opening up about her postpartum struggles, detailing the major mindset shift she had to come to terms with after giving birth during the October 15th podcast episode of The Squeeze. I think that for anybody who says no, you can do it all. I mean, like, I’m just going to be real with you. There’s totally a shift and like whether or not you want there to be or not, like you are you have somebody that’s physically dependent on you. So, I’m not going to sugarcoat it. Yeah, it’s scary. With Olivia then sharing how becoming a mom and having to take a break from her career messed with her selfidentity. I’m also just kind of a worry warrior in that way. Like, I’m very ambitious. though I did have a a little bit of an identity crisis. I really did. And it’s very common. And to anybody out there who didn’t and doesn’t and is like a working woman, I commend you. I did not have the mental fortitude. I totally got scared. However, the 33-year-old says she has no regrets, even hinting that her and the San Francisco 49ers running back might already be planning to expand their team once again. And everybody says that like you look back on it and it’s the best time of your life. And I will say that’s totally true. Like while I was in it, I was really scared and I was thinking like I never want to do this again. But now she’s 10 weeks and I’m already thinking that it was I mean I would do it 10 million times over. Yeah. And maybe I will. [Music]
