I’m cautiously optimistic. I do wish Chicago had gotten a team since a lot of the AAGPBL (from A League of Their Own) were based out of the Chicago area, but I understand why they wanted bigger markets to start. Fingers crossed they can expand to other cities quickly.

Disappointed they didn’t pick Chicago for one of the teams, but still really excited for this!

My 2 year old is going to be very excited about this. She loves baseball and seeing women will probably change the way she sees the sport.
