All right, all my NBC fans. Now, there are some terms I’m going to need to explain to you now that you guys know that the NBA is going to be on NBC. Okay, you can thank me later. So, the granny shot. All right, this is very simple, right? You think of guys just shooting like this. Think of your your favorite nana, right? Grabbing a basketball, standing up, trying to get the ball to the rim from their knees. Okay, that’s that’s kind of a granny shot. You won’t see a lot of NBA players doing the Grammy shot. Okay. All right. The alleyoop, which you’re going to see a ton of, right? Think of Trey Young. Okay. Trey Young penetrates the middle, throws it to the big, finishes it in the air. That’s an alley. Very simple. A brick. Hopefully, you won’t see a lot of bricks because these are professional basketball players. But a brick is a bad shot. Something that clanks off the rim, off the backboard. That’s a brick and a dagger. You will see a lot of these. A dagger comes from players that has ice water in their veins. Back to Curry dancing on Batum over the double team. Oh, it’s a golden dagger. Think of all these guys who want the ball at the end of a game that finds the way to make huge shots and puts a dagger. Dagger in the hearts of your favorite team. That’s what a dagger is called, right? So you will hear that a lot on NBA on NBC. A dagger shot.
