Billy Joel Celebrates Daughter Remy’s 8th Birthday With Sweet Message | E! News

Billy Joel celebrates his daughter Rey’s 8th birthday with a super sweet message. The singer took a moment to share a very special message for his daughter Rey’s 8th birthday whom he shares with wife Alexis Roderick Joel. Billy posted to Instagram October 22nd, “Happy birthday, Remy Rue. We love you so much and we are so proud of you, too.” Alongside the sweet birthday note, the 76-year-old shares photos of Remy, including one of her wearing a happy birthday headband. He also posts a sweet pic of Remy and her 10-year-old sister, Dela Rose, making an appearance at one of their dad’s concerts. And for Billy, who also shares 39-year-old daughter Alexa Rael with ex-wife Christy Brinkley, having the chance to be an active dad has been very special for him, especially as a girl dad. He told People magazine in July, “I love all of my girls, and poetic justice, I had all girls, of course, but I’m really enjoying this a lot. It’s something I was looking forward to all my life, and here I am.” Enus previously caught up with Billy and his wife at the 2024 Grammy Awards where he returned to perform for the first time in 22 years. I am so proud because I’ve had so many people come up to me and tell me what an inspiration he is today. And it’s amazing. I feel like I’m with, you know, the best rock star in the world tonight.
