How To Survive A BAD Cop

If a police officer demands money, here’s what you should do. In India, if a police officer asks for money, politely ask for a shalon, which is Hindi for ticket. The law does not allow police officers to ask for money. So, by asking for a shalon, you show you know the rule. But if you’re in America and the cop says, “Pay me now and you’re free to go.” Tell them if there’s an official fine, you need it in writing. Then, make sure to write down their name and badge number. And after the stop, file a complaint with the local police department. Okay, but what if I’m in Europe? Well, in Europe, things are very different. In countries like France, not only are police allowed to ask for money on the spot, they’re encouraged to do it. It’s because French police can issue on the spot fines for different offenses and immediately collect payment from you. I have no money. If you can’t pay, they’ll give you a notice with payment instructions. In rare cases for tourists, they may even hold your ID until the fine is settled.

    1. Bro I thought Indian police was bad untill I saw framce one 💀btw here its better to give money and leave or may be they will frame u in false case and its even told by many lawers here system is not that good btw and we are also loosing hope in judiciary as well

    2. In Portugal (Europe), only traffic police (both PSP and GNR) can ask for payment on the spot, but never in cash. By paying a fine immediately, you're acknowledging you've committed an unlawful act and you can't go to court to deny it. Make sure you know the traffic legislation beforehand.
If you're a foreign citizen, your ID can be withheld by the police until you pay.

    3. Good Luck trying to ask for a Challan in India. He will have a bruised ego and you will have a bruised body.😵‍💫
And then you will still pay the money alongwith your own medical bills, without any Challan.

    4. In my country, false complain is becoming a problem. Officer still have a complain written in their history which affect their bonus despite the complain be untrue.
Like just file a complain that this officer had a misconduct while in fact there wasnt any. And it still stick in his file

    5. If you go to the local police station and you know their members of the good boy club.
You're likely you just get your butt kicked and arrested on made up clauses.😂

    6. India…? You are funny. If you ask for challah the police will hit you and take your vehicle. If it goes to the police station you will not get the vehicle with the same condition. Most of its parts will be sold by police itself. Bro… you donno how bad are indian police. They live in corruption
