Isabelle Tate, 9-1-1: Nashville Actress, Dead at 23 | E! News
Actress Isabelle Tate has died. She was 23 years old. Known as Izzy to friends and family, her talent agency revealed the Tennessee native died on October 19th. Tragically, this comes weeks after Izzy’s network TV debut. Guest starring in the series premiere for ABC’s 911 Nashville. For now, no cause of death details have been shared. We do know Izzy’s pinned post on Instagram, an emotional message in 2022 about her health battle. Izzy revealing her diagnosis at 13 years old for a progressive neuromuscular disease, leading to her legs losing strength over time and Izzy becoming a wheelchair user. She said in part, “I don’t know why these were the cards I was dealt in life, but I can’t change it, so I’m choosing to embrace it and not let it define me.” Adding, “You really never know what someone else is going through, so please always be kind and compassionate.” Izzy’s obituary, referencing her courage amid an involving medical condition. Quote, “Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others. [Music]

Very sad. If she had a neuromuscular disease, there's a chance she might have died from it impacting her ability to breathe. ☹

I heard about her passing quite recently I never saw her tv show so know very little about her. I learned about a country singer’s recent battle of a similar illness. She must have been an amazing actress and never knew she had this serious illness.
