Prince William wants Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, to receive the same royal treatment as Prince Andrew, according to a source.
As Examiner previously reported, Andrew, 64, relinquished his title as Duke of York last week, due to his connection to the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. (Andrew has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.)
Now, a source tells Examiner that the Prince of Wales, 43, “wants to keep up the momentum and hold his father [King Charles III] to his promise, which was to slim down the monarchy together.”
The source notes part of the promise was to “cut ties” with those “who profit from their connections to the family even though they’re not serving royals.”

The source further says that William feels the Sussexes are “shamelessly taking advantage of the king’s goodwill.”
“Right now he’s piling on the pressure for his father to be decisive and consistent, which is a nightmare for Charles as it would likely send Harry and Meghan off the deep end,” the source adds.
Earlier this month, an insider told Examiner that Charles — who ended his 19-month estrangement with Harry, 41, in September — “is trying all in his power to soothe over family tensions and get things in order before William takes the crown.”
However, another insider revealed“it’s pretty much accepted within the royal household that once [William] does take the throne, Harry and Meghan will immediately get their titles yanked.”
