not a fan of her but I love a concept album and this is a really great one.

I’ve listened to a few songs and I love it so far.

I’m still reeling from The Chicks’ “Gaslighter,” divorce albums are always so gutwrenching, seeing these predictable loser men do the same shit over and over ad nauseam giving no fucks about the lives they ruin. 🙁

It’s a banger album.
It’s at its best when Lilly is leaning into her signature style but – predictably – suffers when she strays from it.
The ballads are gorgeous. Sleepwalking is absolutely beautiful and recalls “Littest Things” from the first album; 4Chan Stan feels like vintage Lilly and the lyrics are sharp and insightful throughout.
A couple of tracks feel like a conscious attempt to reference more modern artists (Relapse feels Brat-inspired) and they don’t work quite as well. But that’s a minor quibble and happens only a couple of times.
It’s very good.

The album is amazing so far and such an intimate look into a bad and toxic relationship. He is such a POS.

The album is so heartbreaking and intimate, going to be on replay for a while.

I’m HOOKED. I’ve always loved her music, especially her songwriting, but this is her best album. It feels like the old days but with a modern twist. “It’s not me, it’s you” on Fruity Loops felt like a full-circle moment.
