Why Meghan Markle’s Director of Communications Exited Role | E! News

Megan Markle is losing a key member of her team. A spokesperson for the Duchess confirms that the 44year-old’s director of communications, Emily Robinson, has exited her role. A spokesperson telling E! Newews that Miss Robinson oversaw projectbased work for a very successful season of With Love Megan and additional support for the production company. She did an excellent job and completed these projects with great success. The former royals Netflix series, part of a larger deal that Megan and Prince Harry inked with the streaming giant, premiered back in January with season 2 hitting Netflix in March. As for whether we’ll get a season 3, the Duchess teased the show’s future at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women’s Summit on October 14th, revealing during a panel, well, the holiday special is coming out in November, and um and that’s it’s a really good one. So I think looking at that format again with a year of learns so we’re able to say eight episodes for two seasons it’s a lot of work and having done suits for seven years I remembered what goes into a production. I also recognize how much people want content in different sizes. So part of what we’re testing out now is it’s amazing to be able to sit and watch a show for 30 minutes, but how can I give you a recipe in two minutes and where can I share that with you and how that continues to grow as ever? So exploring all the options of what it could look like.
