What Diane Lane hopes people get out of ‘Anniversary’ film
What do you hope people take away from this movie? Feeling seen, feeling heard, feeling like the conversations that they have with their loved ones are they’re not alone in terms of their concern and their loved ones, you know, our family members. We don’t agree with them all the time, but how do you bridge that? That’s so important. You don’t want to lose your your beloveds. So, I think that’s interesting. Did you ever I mean it’s wild how it this is like the news right now. There’s so many stories of families breaking up over this. Did you have any idea that this would It’s like I think when we when we made this film we thought okay this is this is hyperbolic you know I mean it was going to be it just I can’t believe how much of the story is less fictitious than it was when we filmed it. That’s the part that’s interesting and concerning and noteworthy.
