Jelly Roll Confesses “Worst Moment” Cheating on Bunnie Xo | E! News

One of the worst moments of my adulthood was when I had an affair on my wife. Jelly Roll is sharing one of his biggest life regrets. The singer got candid about the time he cheated on his wife of 9 years, Bunny XO, sharing during his appearance on the October 21st episode of the Human School podcast that much of his decision to stray stemmed from his friend group at the time. I don’t talk about this publicly at all, but one of the worst moments of my adulthood was when I had an affair on my wife because it was the first time that I was like, I really can’t get this right at all. Like, I know I’m in love with this woman. You know what I mean? Like, it was just such a like it just really, really, really blew me back. The 40-year-old notes that much of his behavior at the time of his affair was influenced by the crowd he was surrounding himself with, feeling pressure to prioritize those friendships. But I looked back at even that moment in my life and it was like I was hanging around a bunch of people that were cheating on their wives. I was, you know, like um when I was doing cocaine, I was hanging around a bunch of people that were doing cocaine. When I was drinking a lot, I was hanging around a lot of people that were drinking a lot. And I wanted to This is a something I went into the world. And then of course, you don’t know how to make friends in your late 30s. You know what I mean? I had no frame of reference to that. I used to be proud of long-standing friendships just because they had a number attached to him. Horrible humans, but I would just be proud to say that dude’s been with me 12 years. The singer admits he’s now in a much better place. And I did a lot of work to repair that relationship. You know what I mean? Like the repair has been special, man. We’re stronger than we could have ever been. And um I wish our story would have went in the way that it never had an affair, but and I’m in no way glad it happened, but man, I’m proud of who we are today. [Music]
