Dancing with the Stars Jen Affleck is defending her partner Yan Ravnik from slander. After former Dancing with the Stars pro Maxovsky and Peter Merkatroyd criticized Yan Ravnik’s casting on season 34, The Secret Lives of Mormon wives star responds to online slander about her dance partner. In an October 27th Tik Tok video, Jen types on her phone while Yan sits next to her and shakes his head. On top of the clip, she writes, “Me when anyone talks trash about Yan.” The 26-year-old adds in the caption, “We don’t tolerate Yan slander in this house.” 3 days before, Max, who performed as a professional on the ABC competition series for 18 seasons between 2006 and 2017, gives his honest thoughts on Yan’s first season on the show, following his stint as a backup dancer on Taylor Swift’s era’s tour. Max says on the October 24th episode of the Penthouse with PETA podcast, “I’m sorry, Yan has absolutely no business being a pro on Dancing with the Stars. There’s zero foundation technique, quality, understanding of the partnership. Bro, I’m getting emotional. It is absurd. And this is unreal how blind we have to be.” And God forbid say what’s obviously there. ENews has reached out to ABC and Yan for comment and has not yet heard back.

I knew Maxim was not a good guy, but this takes the cake. He is bullying this new dancer, he’s younger than Maximum. I think he’s jealous of this newcomer, because he’s younger and handsomer. Plus his dancing moves are better than him.
