    1. preach. gtfo grammarly. most of us have been around since before you were a mawkish little *hello world* prompt gleaming in your programmer’s cornea.

I feel exactly the same way. And one of the most insidious parts of it is that it’s being forced on us whether we like it or not, and we’re being made to pay more for it. There’s a [class action](https://www.accc.gov.au/media-release/microsoft-in-court-for-allegedly-misleading-millions-of-australians-over-microsoft-365-subscriptions) against Microsoft happening in Australia because they failed to provide clarity around plans without AI integration.

Totally agree with Emma. Even if what I write is imperfect, it’s me, it’s mine. Correct my grammar, fine, but anything else can get in the bin if it’s not collaborating with another human and sparking off their brain/humour. ⚡️

    4. shit, i don’t even use autocorrect anymore. i am anti-capitalist, thank you siri (you fucking clanker)

    5. I felt her passion and anger over this. Tired of AI.

This reminds me a bit of when I wrote my wedding vows and quite a few people asked if I used chat GPT. Mind you, I’m a writer and have written short stories and such. I was so offended. 😭
