Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Prison Release Date Revealed | E! News

Shaun Diddy Combmes is inching closer towards freedom. An official release date has been set for the hip hop mogul who continues to serve his prison sentence for two prostitution related convictions after being sentenced to 50 months behind bars at an October 3rd hearing. Combmes will be released from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on May 8th, 2028. According to Federal Bureau of Prisons records viewed by ENews, though he may be eligible for an early release based on good behavior, Combmes’s sentence includes the 12 months he spent in custody following his September 2024 arrest. Judge Arun Romanian previously explained that the prosecution’s proposed 135month sentence went beyond what was necessary, but the defense’s request for 14 months of incarceration would not be sufficient. For NBC News, Sue Romanian saying at the time of the sentencing, a substantial sentence must be given to serve an example to abusers and victims alike. That decision did not sit well with Combmes’s attorney, Tenny Geragos, who emphasized that her client was found not guilty of the more serious charges in his case, telling ABC News just minutes after the sentencing, the jury made it very clear in their verdict that they acquitted him of the sex trafficking and the RICO counts. Not guilty means not guilty. Combmes’s attorney, Alexandra Shapiro, who is leading the team appealing Combmes’s sentence, described Subramanian’s decision to ABC News as totally inconsistent with the jury verdict. [Music]

    1. He'll be out in 7 months?!? Wow. Thats horrible! Well, we'll see if he can survive 7 months. My belief, he will not make it out alive. Hes done some evil things to women for years. He put a target on his own head. He is in the # 1 worst place to be, for the type of filth he has become.

    2. ๐ŸคทMost probably, having a prison record by in itself is a, 'stain' and damaging, to one's so called, in this case ๐Ÿ˜" iconic entertainer reputation" ๐Ÿค”So, possibly, the Judge, perhaps in his infinite wisdom ๐Ÿ˜‰of course, might rethink the sentencing๐ŸคจAt this point, the neighbourhood community,๐Ÿ˜… and one's children could be the only ones who would care enough about the (alleged) new released date I guess…๐Ÿ™‚

    3. Heโ€™s evil. And Iโ€™m sure he will act well behaved so he can get out and start beating up people again. Heโ€™s going to be more violent than when he went in.

    4. 50 months….pffff ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค but for having 5g of weed on you in some states you end in prison for 15 years. Your nasty filthy country is so lost. All of you are garbage
