I want to apologize to Yan for the way my words had, you know, made you feel for hurting your feelings. Max Shmeirovsky attempting to make amends with Yan Ravnik after saying the former Taylor Swift backup dancer had quote no business being a pro on Dancing with the Stars and lacked technique, quality, and understanding of the partnership. Max, a former pro himself, sharing his plea to Yan October 30th on Instagram. There’s a lot more than I want to say. I would like an opportunity to do it over coffee or any kind of, you know, time you have to spare. I would love to meet I would love to you know talk about this bear the hatchet. [Music] Max also saying of this dance with Yan and his dance partner Jen Affleck. He had no idea what Fox Trot is supposed to look like. I think you’re going to walk away with knowing me feeling completely different. Uh, and dare I say we probably might even be friends. Jan seemingly hitting back at Mac’s comments with E-News alongside Jen after their elimination. I’m a person who don’t appreciate hate or um people who spreading hate to stay relevant. I feel like I was able to fulfill like almost like a dream of mine. The fact that I was able to dance to a Taylor Swift song with Taylor, one of Taylor Swift’s amazing dancers. I mean, that’s a win right there. [Music]

Sure, Maks could've been more PC in his criticism of Jan but at the end of the day the truth is the truth. Jan was awful in some of those dances when he was supposed to be the pro; His spot on the show should've gone to a real ballroom-trained professional. Jan is a big boy and should've been able to handle criticisms. Maybe he could pull a Taylor Swift and write a revenge song railing against Maks, LOL.

I would say a little bit too late for apologies. The damage has been done. Jen and Jan got eliminated.
Maks never should have said any of this in public period! He should have talked to him in private to begin with but Maks has zero class every time he pops off
I agree that Jan being on the show was relevancy due to Mandy’s influence in both sectors of Swift choreography & DWTS. Should he come back on the show, maybe for a season or two, BUT Maks is definitely saving face here.
Make your not there anymore so why do you care?
