Buzz Aldrin did not say the moon landing didn’t happen. Claims suggesting he did are based on misquoted or out-of-context interviews. Aldrin has consistently affirmed that he walked on the moon during Apollo 11.
It takes an enormous Amount of chemicals to move little distances in space. That is why they use powerful rockets to launch things into space, the opposite would be trying to launch a submarine from space into the ocean and then needing fuel to move the submarine thousands of miles. Since there’s no water in space nuclear power wouldn’t work.
