Sia’s nasty custody battle explained — drugs, child porn and more shocking allegations

CIA’s custody battle has taken a nasty turn with the aranged couple hurling jaw-dropping allegations at each other. Drugs, child porn, and more. Here’s everything we know so far. Back in March, the Chandelier singer filed for divorce from her husband of 2 years, Dan Bernard. The filing revealed the exes had welcomed a son during their marriage with a very unusual name, Somersault Wonder, aka Sun. But now things are getting even stranger. According to court docs obtained by TMZ, CIA’s ex Dan Bernard, who is an oncologist, requested sole custody of their one-year-old, alleging that CIA is a serious and immediate danger to the toddler. CIA is an unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction, rendering her incapable of providing safe or stable care for Sumi. I am the only safe and reliable parent for our son. I’m a doctor, young, healthy, and have no criminal history or drug or alcohol addiction issues. Bernard alleged that the Australian pop star deliberately concealed that she was hospitalized in Los Angeles for 2 weeks last month after testing positive for barbituates and bzzoazipines with no legitimate medical explanation. He wants his aranged wife to be ordered to random and regular drug testing. He is also asking for her to be limited to 2-hour professionally monitored visits with Sumi three times a week. CIA, who admitted to struggling with substance abuse 15 years ago, denied the allegations in her response, claiming she’s been clean and sober for over 6 months. She told the court, “Dan’s attempt to weaponize my past sobriety journey serves no legitimate purpose and is intended only to distort the facts and undermine my credibility. In fact, the singer claimed that they had already agreed in August to give Bernard very restricted, professionally monitored visits because he was allegedly under investigation by the LAPD and the Department of Children and Family Services for illicit child pornography found in his computer hard drive. Bernard denied his involvement with child porn and alleged that CIA planted evidence to restrict his parenting time with their child. Sia and her estranged husband, Dan Bernard, are hurling jaw-dropping allegations at each other in a nasty battle over custody of their child, 1-year-old son, Somersault “Summi.” Bernad alleged Sia deliberately concealed a recent hospitalization for barbiturates and benzodiazepines. Meanwhile, she alleged he was under investigation for “illicit child pornography” found on his hard drive, which he claimed was “planted evidence” by her.

    1. Do I believe some of the things he accused her of? Maybe, however I question fully his intentions. He literally just wants to stay on the payroll for as long as he can for as much as he can. Sia is fully able of caring for the child and would do an amazing job.
