ICE’s efforts to recruit new agents run into some embarrassing setbacks. New ICE applicants are failing the written exam portion of becoming a federal agent. During the exam they have open access to reading material and the internet, but still maintain an impressive 50% failure rate.

    1. They will still be hired and frankly desired by this admin. Loyalty and cruelty are the key skills. Reading? That’s a liberal lie.

    2. I’m hesitant to call anyone stupid– education in America has been progressively defunded farther and farther for decades. If anything, this is conservatives reaping what they sew. Undereducation leaves people open to propaganda, de-emphasizing critical thinking. I have no sympathy for these people; they made their bed.

It attracts the lowest quality trash. Of course they are gonna be meaningless vessels.

I’d love to see what the test is.

Typically open everything lends itself to be more of an application of theory so you’re not going to be able to find the answer on pg 56.

Pg 56 might provide some details about how to go about answering the question but you’re still going to need the brains to formulate a cohesive answer built off the details.

If this test is like a drivers exam “what do you do when you come up to a red light” and these noodle brains are answering with yield at a distance of 100ft. They truly are dumber than a box of … well MAGA

    5. Lowkey wonder what the written exam looks like, and what a fail/pass looks like. We already sorta knew the brightest bulbs weren’t gonna be flooding ICE applications.
