For a while there, it seemed like the river had run dry. I was thirsty, but thankfully, it is flowing again. And we have a lot to get into. Starting with this. Earlier today, I saw a post from People magazine that read, “Justin Baldon’s $400 million counter suit against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds officially ended by judge after missed deadline. It’s clear that somebody people took their marching orders. I don’t know for sure, but I am pretty media savvy. I’ve been doing this for 21 years now. And my expert analysis is that Nick Shapiro and Leslie Sloan, the sanctionistas crisis communications expert and publicist, worked really hard to plant this allegedly, but most likely, right? And why this triggered me and upset me is because it’s lazy journalism. I would expect this of the New York Post. And actually, they did this. The New York Post headline today says, “Justin Baldon’s $400 million counter suit against Blake Lively Ryan Reynolds comes to a shocking end. I would expect this of Fox News. Oh, and they did, too. Fox News said, “Today, Justin Baldon’s $400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively ends as financial fight still looms.” Okay, I just expected better from people. This was all so clickbaity and I think misrepresenting what really happened. But if you’re watching this video, you have discernment and taste and you know that I give it to you real as I shared with you all days ago. What really happened is that her bestie, Judge Lyman, issued a final judgment against the New York Times. Simple. A little procedural blip. Those of us who have been invested in this saga already suffered the devastating blow of the judge tossing all of the Wayfairer defendants claims, their entire lawsuit in the garbage months ago back in June. What happened on Friday, it’s irrelevant. This saga continues. However, let me read to you a little snippet of the People magazine article. You know, the one with this headline officially ended misrepresentation. It ended back in June. Friday was a formality. This sentence in the People article is very telling. It reads, quote, “Baloni’s setback is the latest twist in the It Ends With Us legal saga.” It’s not a setback. It’s only a setback if you baby bird what was given to you on a silver plate. be better, do better, shoddy journalism. But some people did get it right. And listen, I understand the headlines are not as sexy, but I applaud accurateness. For example, E online very correctly said final judgment issued in Justin Belon’s counter suit against Blake Lively. That That’s the headline. Even some of the mainstream news were tricked by team Kaka like ABC who wrote Justin Baldon’s $400 million counter suit against Blake Lively ended by Judge. Okay, if this was in June, I wouldn’t be mad at it. But that came out today. Today. However, there is some Taylor Swift juiciness to brighten the mood. Let’s get into that. In addition to this final judgment, the judge has unsealed a lot of documents, including the imagined victim’s initial amended disclosures. Basically, in non-legal jargon, this means that the alleged nose job recipient provided to the court a list of people whom have relevant information about the saga. You know who was on her list? Taylor Allison Swift, as well as names like her publicist Stephanie Jones, Justin Baldon himself, Jamie Heath, etc. However, there is so much that is interesting about the Taylor Swift of it all that we need to get to. Two things. One, Taylor Swift through her lawyer let it be known that she had no knowledge of anything. She had no involvement whatsoever and she did not want to be deposed, but would if she was forced to. Well, because Blake Smlet included Taylor Swift in this document, her former bestie was the one that exposed Taylor Swift to being deposed and possibly being a witness at trial. And I’m just befuddled given what Taylor’s lawyer has said recently. But I have to think, could it be possible that Taylor gave the woman whose children she’s the godmother of permission to be included in this list? Or do you think the oxygen inhaler included Taylor without getting her okay? Because lookie here, this is juicy. In her disclosures, the Plantation Princess says that Taylor Swift, who can be reached through her lawyer, has information about the party’s alleged conduct. And not just that, she also has information on complaints or discussions about the work environment or conduct on the set of the film. Plus, Taylor Swift also has information on the production, editing, cut, and creative process associated with the film, publicity surrounding the film, and the retaliation campaign alleged by Lively and resulting damages suffered.
