I’m going to get right to the Blake Lively of it all at the beginning because she’s the only thing that I’ve put in the comment in the title. But we’ve got a lot to talk about after that. So within that community on the red to the it there is one user named the classic star. The classic star whom noticed something. I can’t believe I did not catch this earlier. Yesterday, we talked about on my live Blake Lively’s initial amended disclosures where she gave me a shout out saying that I have pertinent information about the alleged smear campaign. Yeah, news flash, it didn’t happen. However, in this newly unsealed initial amended disclosures from Blake Lively, something became glaringly apparent. Blake Lively did not list any assistant director, nor did she list camera operators or boom operators. All of whom could help verify what Blake Lively is alleging against Justin Belon. Why Blake Lively? Why did you not list any of those people? Instead, she listed Taylor Swift. She listed Isabella Ferrer, who wasn’t even acting opposite Blake Lively in anything. How would Isabella Ferrer have any firthand knowledge of what happened on the set of It Ends With Us if she was never on set with Blake Lively? You say, you know who did list boom operators, assistant directors, sound people? Justin Beldoni on his initial amended disclosures because Justin Baldon knows what really happened and so do all of those people that were on the set close to the actors watching it all happen. In fact, oh my god, you may not have remembered this, but the film, it ends with us, happened over two periods. Phase one and then the strikes forced a shutdown and then filming resumed again. During phase one, Blake Lively had issues with two of the assistant directors, both women, who were let go during filming after Blake Lively complained about them. Remember that? You know who Blake Lively did mention in her initial amended disclosures? The composer that she brought in. The composer that she hired after firing the initial composer. This is why it’s important to read everything and go through it all. Hey, not Nancy. Happy to have you here. Bonkers. Also, it’s interesting that some of the actors like Hassan Minaj were listed on Belon’s initial amended disclosures and not Blake Lively’s. So, it seems like not all the actors are on her side. And oh god, I might be having a brain fart here, but correct me if I’m wrong. Yes, Blake Lively listed Jenny Slate in her amended disclosures, which we talked about yesterday. It’s basically a list to the court of people who might have relevant information. I don’t think either side listed Glenn Powell, but you know, I read so much my brain is mush. But having read it all, I don’t think I remember either Baldoni or Lively listing Glenn Powell. If I’m wrong about that, please correct me in the comments section. Um yeah, it is um interesting to see though that Baldoni listed Hassan Minaj because Hassan Minaj and Justin used to be friends but Hassan Minaj unfollowed Baldoni after the New York Times article. He’s another Liz plank. If you know, you know. Wait, I got to bring this in. I got to start using this. Um, I got to I got to memorize what they all do. [Music] Hassan Minaj is another Liz plank. [Music] Okay. And we’ve got even more Blake Lively to talk about today. The sanctionista is at it again. So exhausting. And here is where I need I’m so glad that I did Blake Lively at the top of this show today so that the people who are interested in this can watch it all at the very beginning and then chime in in the comments section. I need lawyers, legal experts, tech people to help me out here. Holy moly. I just realized I’ve been holding on. Oh, because I was doing a lot of reading. There we go. That’s why I’m like, why am I holding the phone? I don’t normally hold the phone. Um I was like, my wrists are hurting. I need I need some of you all to to help me out on this. Blake Lively filed yet another motion related to those signal chats, which is so confusing to me because I’ve never used Signal before. No, I’m kidding. I’ve never really I’ve never really used Signal before. Nobody communicated with me. I don’t even use WhatsApp. I just mentioned it. I don’t like any of those group chat things. It’s overwhelming for me. My OCD can’t handle it. But from my understanding, Signal and the way that the Wayfairer parties were using it deletes text messages, deletes the communications, right? That’s how the Wayfairer parties were using Signal for the most part. So now Blake Lively has filed another request for privilege logs regarding the signal communications. How are they just is she expecting them to remember everything that they talked about and when they talked about it. I mean, maybe Signal, does Signal keep a record of dates? If it deletes the actual text, does it keep a log of when texts were sent, when messages were sent? Like, I don’t remember what I was talking about in August of 2024, but we can guess. Like, it just seems like such a waste of time. She is boohoohooing about the wayfairer defendants continued non-compliance with the court’s prior orders requiring the wayfairer defendants to produce a categorical privilege log for any signal communications withheld for privilege. The fact that the judge even entertained this, I don’t I don’t understand why he did. I mean, other than he’s bought, paid for in her pocket, you know, corrupt in my opinion. Allegedly. [Applause] [Laughter] Um, let’s continue going through this request for the signal privilege log. This fourth attempt at preparing a privilege log, now in the traditional form of a document by document privilege log, fails once more. Oh, great point, Rayton. Great point. Blake Lively has nothing. Blake Lively cannot prove a smear campaign. It seems apparent to me and us now. And because of this untraceable smear campaign, which spoiler alert probably didn’t happen, she is now jumping through hoops filing all of these requests for sanctions and this new request for a another privilege log for signal communications which automatically delete. She is trying to paint a picture that there was a smear campaign. But us who are paying attention know there was no smear campaign. And none of these theatrics will change that. And she can’t prove a smear campaign. All of her recent filings and this most recent request for yet another privilege log just make it painfully clear. She’s got no receipts. She’s got no evidence. [Laughter] Dulu. Dulu. Indeed. This is just so such a waste of the court’s time. The third amended signal privilege log fails to identify the sender or recipients for each communication. blah blah blah blah blah. Oh my god. This is four. Oh, there is no need for this letter to be four pages long. The Wayf Farer defendants should be ordered to produce all redacted. The Wayfairer defendants should be ordered to produce the redacted that was attached to signal communications. The wayfer defendant should be ordered to produce all signal communications concerning redacted. Thank you, Rebecca, for the soundbox. You’re amazing. That’s a good point, Munchie. Trying to confuse the judge. I don’t even know if the judge reads half of these. His clerks are probably responsible for most of it, right? Yep. The Wayfairer defendants should be ordered to produce documents for inc camera review. That’s probably her strongest argument cuz she’s hoping that an in camera review would get her what she wants yet again. [Applause] Obsessed with this. Hey, Paris. Ethically challenged Ezra says, “Despite four opportunities to cure their deficient descriptions, the Wayfairer defendants still fail to describe the communications at issue with sufficient particularity to enable Miss Lively to assess the claim of privilege.” They’re betting on this inc camera review where the judge will personally go over the privilege log and determine if it was attorney client privilege or not. In conducting its inc camera review, it is respectfully submitted that the Wayfairer defendants be ordered to produce all communications that do not have the predominant purpose of obtaining or provisioning legal advice. So I was like, “Can I do something to like help my fingernails?” Anyways, I went in and had some blood work done recently and he’s like, “You have too much biotin or whatever it is.” I’m like, “Oh no, I didn’t know that.” So, I cut it down from two to one. And then after I’m done with the bottle, I’m just not going to buy anymore. Like, I don’t care if I have rigy fingernails. Okay. Yes. are rating. Britney Spears has deleted her Instagram. George Clooney says that he does not regret that oped that he wrote last year about Joe Biden and also adds that it was a mistake to have Kla Harris replace Joe Biden. He instead believes that there should have been a pro uh a a primary process or some some a primary but it was such a short how are they going to hey shy reality how are they going to do that in such a short amount of time we had a chance I wanted there to be as I wrote in the op-ed a primary. Let’s battle test this quick and get it up and going. I think the mistake with it being commalized, she had to run against her own record. It’s very hard to do if the point of running is to say, “I’m not that person. It’s hard to do.” And so, she was given a very tough task. I think it was a mistake, quite honestly. But we are where we are. We were going to lose more house seats, they say. So, I don’t know. To not do it would be to say, “I’m not going to tell the truth.” Honestly. Oh, I can’t do that. And her remember how how earlier this year Donald Trump actually praised Sydney Sweeney. She, you know, this was in regards to that uh jeans controversy and blah blah blah. Donald Trump said about Sydney Sweeney, she’s a registered Republican. Oh, now I love her ad. You’d be surprised at how many people are Republicans. If Sydney Sweeney is a registered Republican, I think her ad is fantastic. Well, in a new interview with GQ magazine of that presidential endorsement from Trump, Sydney Sweeney now says that it was surreal to have Trump and the vice president weighing in on the ads, but she did not pay attention to the controversy at large. Quote, “I kind of just put my phone away. I was filming every day. I’m filming Euphoria, so I’m working 16-hour days and I don’t really bring my phone on set. So, I work and then I go home and I go to sleep. So, I didn’t really see a lot of it. Lies. I don’t believe her. um speaking directly. [Music] She also did speak about um celebrities and politics in a more general sense. A lot of actors recently have become tight-lipped about sharing their political beliefs. Just recently, Jennifer Lawrence said that she doesn’t believe it’s helpful to talk about politics. And now, Sydney Sweeney is echoing that sentiment. She says, “I’ve always believed that I’m not here to tell people what to think. I know who I am. I know what I value. I know that I’m a kind person. I know that I have a lot of love. I know that I love a lot. And I know that I’m just excited to see what happens next. And so, I don’t let other people define who I am. Okay, fine. I’m not afraid of anything. Well, that’s not true. What am I afraid of? I have like this fear of losing all my money. That’s why I work so hard. I don’t know if it’s rational or not. I think it’s natural. I’m afraid of that. Like I’m afraid I’m more afraid of that than death. That’s why I am very frugal. That’s why I hustle as hard as I do because I don’t have fu money in the bank and I want to. I’m only going to give my kids $10,000 each for their weddings. I think that’s a good amount. I personally don’t think that weddings should be insanely expensive. You should be able to put together a nice wedding somewhere for $10,000 or less or use that money for a down payment on a house. I don’t believe in being in debt for years to come because you had a fancy wedding. That’s dumb. Personally, for me, it might not be for you. It’s just one night. Not 20K. Still 10K, Munchie. All right. Some sad news. Talking some musicians now. Singer Christina Perry and her husband are divorcing after seven years of marriage. How many kids do they have together? Let me see. They have uh a daughter in 2018, a second daughter in 2022. Okay. So, she and Paul Costable got married in 2017, have two daughters together. A bummer. I wonder if I wonder if like distance had anything to do with that because I know that the guy is based out of New York and I think she used to live or was based out of Los Angeles for a long time. Sometimes if you uproot your life and move to a whole other city for love that could take a strain on a relationship. Not always, sometimes. I don’t know. We don’t know. In happier news though, singer Carly Ray Jeepson is pregnant. Yay. Congratulations to Carly Ray Jeepson. She announced her marriage recently to her musical collaborator and now they announced they’re having a baby. Her first. I think it’s considered a geriatric pregnancy. What is considered? Yeah, it’s crazy. I think we’re going to have to change We’re going to have to change this this definition because women are having children later and later in life and we’re healthier later and later in life. But a geriatric pregnancy is any woman who is 35 years of age or older. 35. And Carly Ray Jeepson is 39. Actually, she’s about to turn 40 this month. Carly Ray Jeepson turns 40 on November 21st. Congratulations. In more music news. Oh honey, I am pleasantly surprised by this and proud of her despite the fact that none of the singles from her new album charted well. Demi Lovado’s new album did respectively well. It just debuted yesterday on the Billboard 200 album chart at number nine. solid. It’s a top 10 debut without a single hit. So, kudos to you, Demi Lovado. And my insiders tell me that her tour, her arena tour, which I was skeptical about, is selling fairly well. Yay.
