However, in this newly unsealed initial amended disclosures from Blake Lively, something became glaringly apparent. Blake Lively did not list any assistant director, nor did she list camera operators or boom operators, all of whom could help verify what Blake Lively is alleging against Justin Baldoni. Why? How would Isabella Ferrer have any firthand knowledge of what happened on the set of It Ends With Us if she was never on set with Blake Lively? Hear say you know who did list boom operators, assistant directors, sound people, Justin Beldoni on his initial amended disclosures because Justin Valdon knows what really happened and so do all of those. And then the strikes forced a shutdown and then filming resumed again. During phase one, Blake Lively had issues with two of the assistant directors, both women, who were let go during filming after Blake Lively complained about them. Remember that? You know who Blake Lively did mention in her initial amended disclosures? The composer that she brought in. the composer that she hired after firing the initial composer. Hoops, filing all of these requests for sanctions and this new request for a another privilege log for signal communications which automatically delete. She is trying to paint a picture that there was a smear campaign. But us who are paying attention know there was no smear campaign. And none of these theatrics will change that. And she can’t prove a smear campaign. All of her recent filings and this most recent request for yet another privilege log just make it painfully clear. She’s got no receipts. She’s got no evidence. Kaka on your langua. Let me see who wrote this. Of course we know who. Ethically challenged Ezra says, “Despite four opportunities to cure their deficient descriptions, the Wayfairer defendants still fail to describe the communications at issue with sufficient particularity to enable Miss Lively to assess the claim of privilege.” They’re betting on this inc camera review where the judge will personally go over the privilege log and determine if it was attorney client privilege or not. This I don’t I don’t understand why he did. I mean other than he’s bought paid for in her pocket, you know, corrupt in my opinion allegedly. [Applause] [Laughter] Um, let’s continue going through this request for the signal privilege log. This fourth attempt at preparing a privilege log, now in the traditional form of a document by document privilege log, fails once more.

Our 4th attempt at getting information that doesn't exist has failed again. Make them give us something we can use or tell them they cant use the stuff that makes me look bad, or absolutely guilty….I swear I'm not Blaking it! I told only useful idiots what i wanted them to know so i could play puppet master and use them to bolster my manufactured stories, they can tell them to you word for word bcs i was very clear that Justin was totally icking me out… and besides all of the articles I paid for are already reporting I won. It is weird that she didn't list any of the people she got fired or replaced. If she did that because they contributed to a toxic work environment, they should be included. Right?

All of these people she listed are people she told after the fact, they didn't witnesses anything. I need to see real time texts of her complaining, not months later. Also, because her CRD was published in the NYT, it's evidence bow. She lied about the dance scene, and about why JB came into her trailer while breastfeeding. They altered texts to make it seem like a smear campaign, and I've said it a million times, they had all of Abels phone and laptop info, and those out of context and edited text are the bast they can come up with. Lively has lied, this means the jury can assume that everything she's said is a lie. If she was really SH on set, she's ruined her case. This is more proof she never meant for this to go to trial and have her "evidence" tested as fact, you cannot lie in court, it will be discovered.

I don’t believe there ever was a smear campaign against Blake Lively. What we’re seeing is people finally finding the courage to come forward after years of silence dealing with her narcissistic bullying behaviour. This isn’t about tearing anyone down—it’s about truth and accountability. When survivors see others share their stories, it gives them the strength to do the same. That’s not a coordinated attack/smear campaign it's strength in numbers. The evidence is overwhelming video, personal accounts, blatant lies and dubious legal tactics. Blake Lively is not or has ever been a good person and marrying Ryan Reynolds has only exacerbated the situation.
