‘DWTS’ judge Carrie Ann Inaba apologizes to Danielle Fishel for body comment
I would like to apologize for my words if they hurt you at all because I didn’t mean that at all. You are small but you do pack a punch and that’s why I can say it because I believe in you. Okay. Dancing with the stars judge Carrie Ana is apologizing for commenting on contestant Danielle Fishell’s body. During last Tuesday’s show, Anaba’s critique official and pro partner Pasha Pashkov’s routine included a remark about the actress being a tiny little woman who should use the space around her when she dances. You have to use the space cuz you are a tiny little woman. Okay. N I am a tiny little woman, but she’s big on the inside, very powerful, so I need to unleash her more often. Before stepping out into the ballroom this week, Fischell admitted in a confessional that the words stuck with her. Pashkoff, who has called out Anaba for her unfair criticism official in the past, also took the judge’s feedback to heart, saying that their contemporary choreography for this week is the perfect style to put that into action. Meanwhile, officials boy meets World co-stars recently questioned whether the Dancing with the Stars judges, specifically Inaba, had a personal vendetta against her. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I could see at this point it’s starting to feel like a personal thing. It is. It totally feels personal. Are you guys open to like the the potential that Danielle might be working her up? Ryder Strong admitted on Saturday’s episode of the Pod Meets World podcast that he held back the anger in regards to watching the judges score officials performances each week. Co-host Will Fredel felt the same way and specifically called out judge Kerianne Anaba, who he accused of having unfair favoritism for certain contestants when it comes to her scoring. Kerianne has her favorites and she’ll have two or three that no matter what they do, they could walk on the stage, trip, hit their face, and she’d be like, “You tried so hard. Nine.” And then Danielle does the best thing where she’s doing triple flips and she’s like, “You got to hold your shoulders different, too.” And it’s like, “What the?” Strong and Fredel aren’t the first to question Anaba’s judging this season. Fischell’s pro partner Pasha Poshkov blasted the longtime judge for her unfair criticism of their dedication night routine, which also happened to be a tribute to Fischell’s other Boy Meets World co-star and mentor William Daniels. Despite the routine being a fan favorite with plenty of Fishials co-stars in the ballroom to support her, the dancing duo only earned a total score of 29 out of 40 from the judges. Fischell has been adamant that she is open to the judge’s criticism and hopes that it will help her improve each week of the competition. She admitted that Anaba was not wrong in her feedback and wanted to prove them wrong with her and Pashkov’s next routine. But despite Anaba’s praise for their dance this week, Fishell and Pashkov were ultimately voted out of the competition. The couple going home is Danielle and Pasha.
