BREAKING! BIG LOSS For Blake Lively As Justin Baldoni FIGHTS BACK!

This is a big loss for Blake Lively as the judge just tossed her claims against Jed Wallace for a second time. Also, Justin Baldoni is fighting back, explaining why they chose not to amend, how they did not miss deadlines, and they are just preserving their appeal rights. [Applause] Welcome to Popcorn Planet. I am Andy Signor. And if I was the typical media, I might run a headline like Blake Lively loses. It’s all over. Judge tosses out claims. Literally, if I just done that, that’d be kind of what Blake Lively, I believe her team did in the press against Justin Baldoni because so many outlets rushed to report that uh he it’s over. They’re done. Now, TMZ did finally correct this article. As you go down, they did finally make a note uh correction. Previous version of this post stated he had missed a cleansing deadline. In fact, he did not miss that deadline. but he can no longer refile his claims. Different. However, once a judge makes a ruling on Blake’s request for Justin to pay her attorney’s fees, Justin can still appeal to reverse a dismissal of the case. All those people who are out there telling us, “Oh, is everyone going to apologize now that Taylor Loren is the catam barges? You guys look so dumb.” Again, just your bias is showing and it’s crazy. We’re all just waiting for this to go and and there was so much misdirection. And thankfully, a lot of these outlets are now correcting the record now with follow-ups, but of course, they’re not going to get nearly as much attention as the ones that, you know, made it look like Justin Lost got. Uh, buckle up, Blake. Justin Baldoni reveals it ends with us. Court battle is far from over. Lawyer fires back, explains why they chose not to amend $400 million lawsuit again. These just don’t feel as effective as the other ones we read the other day, do they? Justin Baldoni warns that legal battle against Blake Lively isn’t over despite counter suit closure. Again, these are all just not as effective as the previous ones. Justin Baldoni refuses to back down. Just makes him sound like he’s just not giving up. Uh and that he lost again. Even though they’re they’re finally out there fighting back. Uh lawyers reacts to dropping Blake Lively defamation lawsuit explains missing deadline to refile. There was no missing deadline. explains corrects you all just Jared you you were all false lawyer responds after losing $4,000 appeal against Blake Lively I mean again they even though they have to correct it do you notice that the trend in all these they still are like trying to make him look like he lost uh Justin Baldon’s lawyer says 4 million lawsuit was delayed intentionally to preserve appeal rights now that’s very factual but it’s very legal ease and I I just don’t think these headlines are going to hit the same way that the other ones did Justin’s lawyers respond respond after his counter suit was formally thrown out by a judge. I mean, again, not what he was responding to. He’s correcting the record. Legal team hits back after claims $400 million it is with us lawsuit against Blake was a busted flush due to missed deadlines. What a weird Okay, radar. What the heck is this? Uh, as you can tell, the media doesn’t care about Justin. They never did. They don’t care about the truth. They care about the salacious headlines. And honestly, I think they care about still hooking up with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, and they’re going to get through this clearly, and no one’s going to think any less of them. I mean, some people will, but I’m just talking Hollywood and the powers that be. Uh, it’s pretty shocking. Look, the reason this is so scary and chilling is the fact that anytime Brian Freriedman, Justin’s lawyers, fought back, Blake Lively used that against them. She actually went out to seek sanctions over Justin Baldon’s attorney over the pre-trial press tour. But here she is in my opinion. I’d love to prove otherwise. Blake, if why not open up your books and see I suspect her team is out there putting out these titles and these headlines to make it look like she won and he lost already. So that can actually taint the jury pool. She’s been out there doing this and and Justice’s team has been very quiet as of late, I think, because they know they have to be more careful. The judge is watching and so they put this out there to try to file sanctions. Uh this was the this is the document in uh that you can see here directly uh where she was trying to basically say like yeah judge this is this is enough uh filed sanctions against Brian Freeman lead counsel arguing that he engaged in pre-trial press tour to improved on Lively’s character. Lively’s lawyers repeatedly accused Freeman of making improper out of court statements that they argue are designed to influence jurors. At the urging of Lively’s team in February, Judge Lyman ordered both sides to adhere to the New York uh rules of professional conduct, which forbid character attacks on the opposing side. But Lively’s team argued that Freeman began violating the order almost immediately. Uh basically, anytime he makes a comment, it’s biased, inflammatory pre-trial indictment of Miss Lively’s character, her credibility, and reputation. Well, they fought back. They fought back. Thankfully, they respond to that motion for sanctions later on the month. Any statement made by Mr. Freeman site that the cited statements fall under rule 36’s explicit exceptions, including among others, the exception for statements a reasonable lawyer would believe are required to protect a client from the substantial prejudicial effect of recent publicity not initiated by a lawyer or the lawyer’s client, which is necessary to mitigate the recent adverse publicity rule 3.6. So, uh, in this vein, she conveniently ignores her own council’s very public campaign, a savage defendant of the public eye. She ignores uh the that she was a highly divisive figure long before Mr. Freriedman came onto the scene. Uh in fact, blissfully tonedeaf her own conduct, Miss Lively is not only unwilling to accept that her own celebrity and actions have generated the media frenzy she now complains of and the weight of negative publicity against her. She conveniently ignores that she and her council have been less than shy about publicly bashing Mr. Freeman and the Wayfair defendants in the press. Uh nonetheless, she seeks monetary sanctions, yada yada yada. She’s always going for these big swings to just try to silence everybody. And it’s terrifying. And that’s what’s really scary about this. And I suspect why some of these older headlines took some some time to get adjusted because they’re trying to just be quiet and do the do the work now. They clearly have stopped being out there. But I would argue Blake’s team, Blake’s PR team is doing overtime to try to spin any little nothing burger into a win for her. So they can also taint the jury pool. Actually taint the jury pool, let’s say. Uh because this idea of like Brian taining it by putting out facts about the client, his client, as if Blake’s not doing that, too. This whole thing is silly. But here’s the real story today, which you’re not going to hear from, of course. Blake Lively lost big time. The judge now officially finally tossed her appeals against social media operative Jed Wallace. Uh this is a big deal. She had constantly been trying to get this refiled and made all these excuses. No, judge, it’s in New York, so therefore, no. Uh-uh. You lost. Now, she has to do this all over again and file it in Texas. And the rules in Texas are going to be a little bit more different. We We’re looking it up. Don’t don’t quote me. But I believe that might be televised if she actually wants to take Jed all the way to court in Texas. But I think that’s going to be spread out longer and longer. And so, very interesting how this all played out. Uh, very interesting to see uh that she didn’t win this one. Thank god she shouldn’t have cuz clearly Jed was in in uh Texas. But uh the judge ruled and dismissed the claims against social media uh guru she accused of helping of smear her reputation. Judge Lewis ruled that Lively’s attorneys failed to show that Jed Wallace, who is based in Texas, had enough connection to New York to be sued there. Lively has accused her director and co-star Justin of conspiring to damage her reputation in retaliation for raising complaints about SH on set. uh as we all know uh but the judge was just done. Now for those you don’t know Jed Wallace is being accused as the the the operative the one who was doing all the smearing. I’ve yet to see any proof of this. Uh Blake needs to secure that truth that proof for trial. Uh but you know she had to uh do it. New York’s long arm statute allows plaintiffs to sue out of state defendants in New York if they can show that an injury occurred in the state. But the statute exempts defamation claims from that provision and nod to free expression. judge ruled that Lively had not overcome that obstacle, but left open the possibility that Wallace could be sued in Texas. For now, the ruling narrows the case somewhat, although it’s unclear whether Lively will pursue Wallace in Texas. Then, we’ll really see how much she wants to go after that. Uh, but uh they should be brought in a different court. Uh, she’s evaluating her many options for doing so and looks forward to a trial on all her claims against Baldon, Heath, Nathan, the rest of Wayfair. So, this is the key. It’s still happening. There’s still a trial. It is not over. That is the reality. And it’s just sad to see so many people who took the debate yesterday over the weekend from the media who I in my opinion completely threw Justin under the bus for the sake of pleasing the Ryan and Blake camp which is just sickening. Uh I will admit a lot of people are tired of the story. It is just a real I’m sure Justin’s team is all of them would love for this thing to be over but it’s not. His reputation is still in sh ter uh shatters. And what’s so crazy is that report yesterday was a massive blow. It just so many people, casual people I worry, are going to think, “Oh, he already lost.” And that’s not good. And and I do wonder why we’re not allowed to go figure out did team Blake have anything to do with that. Now, should they not be allowed to do that? Because that’s what’s what’s weird. I would argue I guess she is. But then why are you allowed to file this idea of oh, I want sanctions against Freriedman for doing the same thing you’re clearly doing. Make it make sense, people.
