All the Easter eggs in Katy Perry’s new song ‘Bandaids’ hinting at Orlando Bloom split

turn. It’s not what you did, what you didn’t. You were there, but you weren’t. Not the garbage disposal, a Katy Perry comeback could be on the horizon. Ever since she went to space, sort of. Katie’s been trying to rock it out of her flop era. Her new breakup song, Band-Aids, could be just the thing. And we’ve got all the Easter eggs in the Final Destinationesque music video that references her ex, Orlando Bloom. First up, the lyrics. Without naming names, she suggests that Orlando was going through the motions and failed to do simple things like asking her how her day was. In the second verse, she hints at trying to fix the relationship. Take a listen. Band-Aids over a broken heart tried all the [Music] [Applause] lowered my expectation. The music video itself has way more obvious references to their decadel long love story. While singing that she would still do it all over again, Katie sees a Daisy on the train tracks, a nod to her and Orlando’s 5-year-old daughter, Daisy. Also, at the beginning of the video, she’s washing dishes and drops a ring down the drain. Metaphor. Katie and Orlando were engaged for over 6 years, but never got married. But it gets juicier. You may remember back in September 2024, Katie revealed on Call Her Daddy that she rewards her partner Orlando with oral sex when he does chores around the house. You’ve done it all and you’ve done all the dishes and you’ve closed all the pantry doors. You better you better be ready to get your dick socked. I mean like literally that is my love language. I don’t need a red Ferrari. I can buy a red Ferrari. Just do theing dishes. I’m a sucker. I will suck your dick. It’s that easy. It’s that easy, folks. But in the video for Band-Aids, it’s Katie who’s washing the damn dishes. Well, Katie’s fans are loving the new song. One tweeted that it was an instant classic. And this ex user couldn’t contain himself writing, “I heard band-aids while driving in Los Angeles. It is beyond amazing. I was so overwhelmed that I had to pull over cuz I was in tears and didn’t want to crash into other cars. I can’t believe a song can be this beautiful. I haven’t had a reaction to a song like this since Myortal by Evan Essence in 2004. Wow. Now that’s a glowing review, but do you agree? Let us know your thoughts about a potential Katie comeback and her new romance with Justin Trudeau. He’s crazy about her and thinks she’s the perfect woman. So, Orlando, you blew it.

Ready for a Katy comeback? In Katy Perry’s new breakup bop “Bandaids,” the lyrics hint at the reason for her split from Orlando Bloom. The “Final Destination”-inspired music video is also littered with Easter eggs about their decade-long relationship — from dirty dishes to daisies — now that she’s moved on romantically with Justin Trudeau.
