He is the bookie’s favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle thanks in no small part to his millions of followers on social media.
But Angry Ginge, who is a huge YouTube and Twitch star, is certainly not allowing his new-found Jungle fame go to his head.
In fact, friends of the hugely likeable 23-year-old, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, say he has been so laid-back about his I’m a Celeb stint….he has forgotten to bring any underwear.
Such was his disorganization that his mum was even dispatched to go online and order him some smart clothes for the five-star hotel the celebs stay in after leaving camp.

He was even still packing as the taxi waited outside to pick him up. A source said: “Ginge is so laid back, and would be the first to admit he was a bit all over the place in the build-up to him flying over
“He has ended up travelling Down Under with barely any clothes, maybe just one pair of trainers, and a handful of shorts and shirts. In fact, he rocked up in Australia with probably the lightest luggage of all the celebs. You could pick his case up with one finger. Not only that but he soon realised he had forgotten to pack any pants.”
Ginge said this week that the decision to go into the Jungle was because he watched the show with his mum, who he is very close to. And he made his last call to her before handing his phone over to producers.

The source added: “He told her he wished he hadn’t slept on the plane as he didn’t know the time when he got there. But he said he was so overwhelmed with the support about him going into the jungle and wanted to send everyone his love.”
Ginge this week called going on the show a ‘bucket list’ opportunity. He said: “When I got approached to be on I’m A Celebrity…, I said ‘yes’ immediately because it’s a bucket list item. I’ve watched the show on the sofa with my mum ever since I was a kid. To take part in it this year is something I couldn’t pass up on.
“But my whole life is spent on the phone. I’ve been away once for a week. And so, two to three weeks without it is going to be very educational to see how I will do!”
He also confessed he has cut down his daily consumption of energy drinks from two to one, and was hopeless when it came to the Great Outdoors.
“The closest I’ve ever done to this is The Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award,” he said “And that didn’t go down well, so I haven’t got the best of confidence coming into this. And the most people I have ever lived with are my mum and sister.”
