Liev Schreiber Hospitalized After Health Scare
Lee of Shriber was recently hospitalized amid a health scare. The actor was hospitalized on November 16th on advice of his doctor after suffering a debilitating headache. According to TMZ, he was reportedly held overnight and underwent several tests during his stay. Following the hospital stay, his rep tells people in a November 17th statement. Out of an abundance of caution, Lev went into the hospital for testing, and as of this afternoon, he has been cleared to return to work. E! News has reached out to Lev’s rep for comment, but has not yet heard back. And Lev has previously detailed how a migraine he suffered in 2024 while performing in Broadway’s Doubt, a Parable left him unable to remember his co-star Amy Ryan’s name, as well as his lines. Leah recalls during an April 2024 appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, “It all vanishes. The play is gone from my head. I’m looking out into a dark audience. I know I’m in a play, but I don’t know what play I’m in.” However, an MRI soon reveals there had been no brain bleed with Lee of quipping, “Might I add, a fairly good-looking brain,” the guy said. As for what caused the temporary memory lapse, ultimately the actor was diagnosed by a neurologist with transient global amnesia or TGA, a rare condition which can cause short-term memory loss. us.
