Austin Butler Addresses Emily Ratajkowski Dating Rumors | E! News

Austin Butler is clearing up rumors about a romance with Emily Ratikowski. The two were seen grabbing food and drinks at the Waverly Inn in the West Village of New York back in September. And speaking to Vanity Fair November 18th, the actor says, “The true answer is that I have a lot of friends and we’re friends and we had dinner and that we’re friends.” And speaking of living life in the public eye, Austin says he used to let public scrutiny get to him, wanting to hide from it, but now his attitude has shifted. He tells the outlet, “I’m going to live a constricted small life because I’m afraid of what other people are going to say or what they’re going to think. Life’s too short for that.” Austin’s last public relationship was with the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford, model Kaia Gerber. But the pair split after 3 years of dating.
