‘Mean Girls’ Lizzy Caplan’s First “Gay” Photo Revealed! | Picture Day
Oh my. It’s so cute. This is the cutest thing you’ve ever seen. This is from from where I sit. From where I mean that was a pilot. This is your first Getty image. My first gay image. Getty. Also that. I’m Mila Fisher. And I’m Roseman Pike. And I’m Lizzy Kat. And this is picture day with Vegges. Oh my good. Well, it’s not just me. I mean, I get the guy and the girl. Oh my gosh. What is happening? There’s so much to take in. Slightly different slightly different to your thing. Just like James Bond, but whatever. Whatever. Whatever. I mean, I do remember that James Bond, you were on the set of a pilot. I do remember that that Pierce that that arm of that arm of of James Bond of of Pierce Bond actually he said he had to do that because he felt my knees buckle. We came around the side of this hoarding and he knew that I was not prepared for the the press and he just put his arm around me and Hie was like, I know she’s about to go. I mean, I thought he put his arm around you cuz you were about to buckle because you saw how handsome. I mean, it’s not as interesting a picture as Yeah. Let’s go back to the uh from where I sit on the pilot that didn’t get picked up. I mean, but look, hang on. We’ve been hanging out with the coolest 18-year-old today and I mean, we didn’t know how to do it like she did. How old were you? like 20. Oh my god. But I mean, I’ve got the hair of a a wedding bride. A bride. You’ve got a bride’s hair. I’ve now got the hair of a of a 45year-old, right? Most likely to be a bride. Most likely to be a bride with buckling knees. Oh, a Okay. This is There’s that fun loving little lady that we know and love. This dress was from Forever 21. Yes. This is 2006. And I know know that because there’s a thing behind it. This is when I won Breakout Star 2006 for Wedding Crash. Oh Like a baby. Like a tiny baby. But also just like you do now, but just less divorced there. Just a bit less divorced. Titties look good. Nice titties. Gravity hadn’t given me the sad. I reckon pretty damn similar. Let’s see. It’s a good thing, isn’t it? I mean, look hairstyle. Not go for the the bride. Timeless, isn’t it? Oh man, this is an interesting story. So, I was sitting in my chair and this dress you could not walk in at all. It was like it was stitched almost to this so tight you couldn’t walk. And I wasn’t worried at all cuz I never thought for a second I’d win. I was up against all these amazing people. All of a sudden, like 10 minutes before it started, a a man just walked up to me and said, “Are you going to be able to walk on stage?” And I said, “No, I need scissors.” And then he ran and got scissors and while they were filming the bit before, just cut up the back of my dress. That’s it. So, most likely to need scissors. Okay. Okay. What’s coming? What’s coming? Oh gosh. It’s actually nerve-wracking now. Oh, it’s a clear trajectory. Yes. From this. No, it’s the same. It is. And it remains the same. This is a movie that people saw and loved. This is my daughter’s favorite character in that movie is Lizzie. Do you have any um thoughts or feelings on being a meme, Lizzie? Is this a meme? Oh, yes. This is a meme. I feel good about it. I feel real good about it. Is there a superlative that you would assign to that era of you? My sister had sort of a similar vibe in real life and she won most unique in high school. I love that. I love that. Yeah, that feels right. Not anymore, but back then, boy, was that unique. This is unique. Oh, I think you I love this. This is how I want you to look right now. This is so cool. Wait a minute. What is your electrocuted right before? Put your finger into a socket and then It is exactly what happened in New York. It was how it naturally is. Yeah. I just It was It was the Pride and Prejudice premiere in New York. And I just thought all people in Jane Austin needed to have curly hair. It’s amazing. It’s a great call. And I think it took about 3 hours. And is that a a skirt, a top, and a vest or a dress? I think it’s a skirt, a top, and a waist cincher. But maybe the waist cincher was meant to be underneath the whole combo potentially. But looks amazing, right? Pre This is pre pre- stylists. I mean, we didn’t have stylists. No, no one had a stylist. No, in this day and age. So, you picked it yourself on your own. Yeah, I can I gorgeous. But this is You had to do this. Your hair’s straight and you had My hair is poker straight. Oh, so you actually How did you do that? I love that. It looks like a perm with tiny tiny curling things. You know those little tiny curlers. So good. A This is It’s all three of us. The same one, one brunette, and one ginger. You could only have one of each. And I can’t remember what we’re all wearing, but all I know is every time I would go to any of these press tours with you girls, I was like, “Oh my god, they look so cool.” And whatever I’d chosen was I was like like I didn’t quite but I do not remember this night. This is a movie we did called Bachelorette and basically we all play these girls. We’re bridesmaids to this one friend and it’s actually one of my favorite movies now and people really love it to this day. Kirstston looks amazing. Oh okay. So when you got married to all these guys it once. Yeah. I’ve always wanted to marry more than five guys. Talk to me about prep on this project. I did have to do some slight of hand. And actually, it was surprisingly more difficult for me than it was in the past. The handy thing is when I made the first movie, I didn’t have an iPhone, but now I I do. So, I was able to put my phone down and actually watch myself do the trick a thousand times until it was actually functioning like a real magic trick. Henley is an escapologist, so some of the stunts, they’re things that I just practiced holding my breath for or they would be easy. But I love learning magic. Love magic. My dad as a kid did magic on me and I’ve always enjoyed it. So, it’s fun to be in. Lizzie, do you have a superlative that you could give your character in this movie? Most likely to surprise you. Perfect. True, Dad. That’s good. That’s all I have for you guys. Thank you so much, guys. We fell apart. So, thank you.
