Ethan Slater Has Sweetest Message for Wicked’s Young Glinda | E! News
I mean, look at this cutie. How adorable right now. And you guys, Ethan Slater is coming. He is approaching. Come right up here. Bach himself. How cute is How cute is this? She’s the best. She’s incredible. And so, I was just saying this as we were walking up. You’re so unbelievably good in this movie. And I can’t wait for people to see it. It’s really so sweet. How cute. The best. Oh my god. Have a good one. Tell your grandma I said hi. By the way, I got to say your character in part two. Oh, yeah. What a shock. And I don’t want to spill it for anybody, but what was it like to transform into your character? I mean, look, we we got to shoot these movies sort of together. So, even though it’s like a sequel and it’s part two, it felt like one big transformation of Bach. Yeah. And um it’s the thing that I love about this movie. Every character goes through these transformations. And I feel like Bach went through it emotionally before he goes through it physically. Yeah. Um, but yeah, I’m trying to not spoil things cuz I know it’s coming out on Friday, but like, you know, I have to shout out to the people that, you know, I worked with to help make it happen. Francis Hannon and Mark Koulier who just like anyway, did it all up. Incredible artisans. I don’t know. It was just incredible. [Music]

The Orange Remedy
Imagine your whole body is a bunch of tiny rooms.
Sometimes, old feelings, old stress, old poison, old sadness
all get stuck in the corners of the rooms
where no broom can reach.
The orange remedy is like a bright flashlight.
You shine it into the corners.
It shows your body:
“Hey, look! There’s stuck stuff right here. Clean this part too.”
It doesn’t do the cleaning for you.
It helps your body see what needs to be cleaned after the big detox remedies
(glyphosate, arsenicum) did their job.
Why your legs feel like 999 trillion pounds of tight jello every morning
Imagine all your feelings and stress slide down your body like melted ice cream while you sleep.
And they get stuck in your legs.
Your legs are like two big sponges.
Overnight, the sponges fill up with:
worry juice
sadness juice
fear juice
tired juice
trauma juice
So when you wake up,
the sponges are overstuffed and feel heavy, tight, and impossible to move.
As you walk during the day,
the sponge slowly squeezes out some of the juice,
so your legs feel less heavy.
The morning heaviness isn’t random.
It’s literally your body saying:
“Everything scary went down here while you slept.”
Pretend your whole body is wrapped in a big, stretchy spiderweb.
That spiderweb is called fascia.
It covers everything:
your muscles
your bones
your organs
your nerves
Everything is wrapped in that stretchy net.
When the net gets scared, or stressed, or hurt, it becomes:
tight
sticky
hard
grippy
And then your whole body feels like tight jello.
Your morning legs?
Fascia squeezing.
Your cheek tightness?
Fascia gripping.
Your arm heaviness?
Fascia clutching.
Fascia is the body's “emotional wrapper.”
When pain shows up in weird places for no reason,
it’s usually fascia talking.
