Why Aaron Paul Moved His Family to France After L.A. Wildfires

Aaron Paul is opening up about his decision to leave Los Angeles in an interview with Daily Mail published November 21st. The Breaking Bad alum shares why he and his wife Lauren moved their family to France this past year following the deadly wildfires, saying, “When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house and moved to Paris.” And the actor who shares kids story and writing with Lauren goes on to say that they just wanted something different. Quote, “Paris is awesome. We went out there for the kiddos. We just always wanted to be around a completely different culture. In July, People magazine reported that Aaron listed his home in Los Felis for $10 million. Months after the Southern California city was hit by the harrowing fires. Some celebrities such as Jam Lee Curtis, Adam Brody, and more were directly affected by the fires, though Aaron fortunately was not. The actor’s departure from Los Angeles is the latest in a series of celebs who have left Hollywood for a different life. Back in August, Josh DL shared that he traded in the bright lights of Hollywood for the fresh air and lakes of Minnesota, telling People magazine, “We get so accustomed to all these luxuries and these amenities that we have.” And I think that’s what this is for me. It’s an opportunity to get back to the basics and really enjoy the simple things in life. And that’s family, friends, making memories.
