Kim Kardashian may always seem calm amid the storm — but even she has her limits.
On the Nov. 27 episode of The Kardashians, the 45-year-old went with Scott Disick for a brain scan — after doctors told her they’d found a small aneurysm in her brain during a Prenuvo scan — and she got candid about where things stand with her ex Kanye West.
“By the way, I’m sorry about all that you’re going through. It looks stressful,” Disick, 42, told her, referring to West, 48, without explicitly naming him. “I mean, I see some of the stuff, and it’s like, f—.”
“It is hard,” Kim told Disick. In a confessional, producers said West is “very loud out there right now,” and Kim said, “I just can’t really engage. I think it’s just for the better.”

She then gave Disick more of a rundown on where things actually stand with her ex-husband, with whom she shares kids — North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6 — as she said the rapper “never once called” her, despite sharing posts claiming he had.
“I mean, I always encourage a relationship, but a healthy one,” she said, adding that it’s “frustrating that my character as a mom” comes into question because of his erratic behavior. “Sometimes I just feel like snapping, but I can’t. I just can’t.”
In a confessional, Kim added, “My only focus and job is really just to be strong for my kids.”
Kim has been candid about her fraught relationship with West, whom she married in 2014 and divorced in 2021, during this season of The Kardashians.

On a previous episode, she said she “always felt like I had a bit of Stockholm syndrome” with the rapper and that it’s “f—— sad” where things stand between them now.
“I always felt really bad and always protected and always wanted to help [him],” she said in a confessional. She said she would think to herself, “I should’ve stuck it out” or “I could’ve helped,” but now she’s at a point where she no longer feels “that responsibility personally.”
The stress related to her ex’s outbursts had also meant that her psoriasis had returned, she shared on the show.
“I was pretty tested, I will say. Very tested,” she said. “I mean, I have psoriasis again.”

The SKIMS founder said that she had always been able to shield her kids from their dad’s behavior, but that was the first time one of her kids, presumably North, “knew what was happening.”
“My poor kids. Everyone around can handle it, but like… protect my babies,” she said. “They’re gonna know things. They’re gonna grow up. They’re gonna see. So my job as a mom is to just make sure that at a time when that behavior is happening, is just to make sure that they are protected.”
