This video has been circulating today, and it’s hard to watch — especially the part where she’s holding the baby while he’s yelling, WHAT she yells about him putting a gun on her (literally happened to me) and then later saying she stays around him “for the kids.”
People always believe the abuser until the moment they can’t hide it anymore.
What Princess said on live today wasn’t “drama.”
It wasn’t new.
It wasn’t random.
This is exactly how abuse looks when it finally breaks into the public:
messy, loud, chaotic, and years overdue.
The beginning is always private.
The ending is almost always on display.
And her saying she stays around him because of the kids…
that part broke me, because I remember feeling the same way.
But what we think is “stability” for kids often becomes
the very thing they grow up needing to heal from.
If only I’d known.
