40 years ago (Nov 30th, 1985): “Yes Madam” was released in theaters. The Hong Kong action film was the first starring role for Michelle Yeoh (and marked the film debut of Cynthia Rothrock). It also created the action movie/anime subgenre of “girls with guns”.
