Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs angrily confronts lawyer in Netflix doc: ‘We’re losing!

Shawn Diddy Combmes had a heated conversation with his lawyer as seen in the new Netflix documentary Shawn Combmes the reckoning. In one scene, the embattled music mogul appears desperate in a New York City hotel room 6 days before his arrest. The following week, Combmes was detained and charged with transportation to engage in prostitution, racketeering conspiracy, and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Combmes, who is also facing numerous sexual assault lawsuits, was sentenced to 50 months and is currently behind bars in New Jerseys Fort Dicks Federal Correctional Institute. Page Six broke the news in December 2023 that 50 Cent, real name Curtis James Jackson III, was executive producing a docue series about Combmes’s legal battle, which Netflix confirmed in September of the following year. Fiddy appeared on GMA to speak about his involvement in the project. what they consider pre-existing beef, right, for 20 years, right, is me being uncomfortable with him suggesting that he takes me shopping or I looked at it like he was like it was like a tester, like maybe you’ll come play with me type of thing, right? And it’s not personal. Proceeds from the series will help support survivors of sexual assault. A teaser dropped last month promising explosive, never-before-seen materials, including exclusive interviews from those formerly in Combmes’s orbit. Interviews with two jurors from the trial are included in the 4-hour long episodes, as well as interviews with Aubrio Day Combmes’s Bad Boy Entertainment co-founder Kirk Burroughs and more. Commes, whose legal team intends to appeal his conviction, was initially set to leave prison on May 8th, 2028. His lawyer sent a cease and assist to Netflix the day before the doc’s release, claiming the series uses stolen footage.

The streaming platform dropped the 56-second trailer for “Sean Combs: The Reckoning” on Monday, kicking off with a clip of the embattled music mogul in a New York City hotel room six days before his arrest.
