The actor relisted the Amagansett, New York, property on Wednesday for $21 million, about $2 million more than it was asking when it was taken off the market in July 2024. He has been trying to sell the home for three years—he initially listed it for sale in November 2022 for $29 million, and it’s been on and off the market since.
Baldwin, 67, has owned the 5-acre property in the East Hampton hamlet since 1996, when he bought it for $1.75 million, records show.

Parts of the farmhouse-style home, with a light-gray shingle exterior and blue shutters, date to 1740, and today it is a sprawling 10,000 square feet, according to the listing with Scott Bradley of Saunders & Associates. He didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
Since purchasing the property, Baldwin has expanded and updated the five-bedroom house, Mansion Global previously reported. For even more space, there are architectural plans for an expansion that would include two additional bedrooms, a formal dining room, a sunroom and a large screened-in porch, according to the listing.
The next owner could also build a separate guest house, an opportunity that’s “unheard of in the Hamptons,” according to the listing.
Indoor amenities include a movie theater, a wine-tasting room and a wood-paneled library. Outside, there’s a gunite pool and hot tub with a 625-square-foot pavilion that has a fieldstone fireplace.
The grounds also include a fenced vegetable garden and solar panels, listing photos show.
