Jason Kelce Details His “Stupid” 48-Hour Fast Ahead of Thanksgiving | E! News

Jason Kelsey wants to kick off the holiday season, right? The former Philadelphia Eagles star reveals that he’s engaging in a 48-hour fast with fellow NFL alum Marcus Spears ahead of Thanksgiving celebrations. And he’s less than thrilled about it, explaining on the November 26th episode of his New Heights podcast to his brother Travis Kelsey his regret. You agreed to do it during the holiday. This is what happens when you retire. You do stupid like this and I’m I’m agreed to do it. The 38-year-old shared that the dieting decision came after noticing a weight increase in part due to his family’s latest Disney World trip and ate a bunch of freaking egg rolls and a bunch of like other things that probably aren’t the best with Dole Whip and then I went to Wisconsin and shoved a prime rib and an ice cream drink down my face and but the ESPN analyst admits that he’s having a tough time as the fast comes to a close and Travis is skeptical wondering just how healthy his brother’s fasting choice is. You’re literally not eating. That’s what a fast is. Yes. And this is supposed to be healthier than eating food. I don’t I I think if you don’t eat food for long enough, it becomes unhealthy. But apparently if you do it for the right amount, it’s healthy. But as the fast seems to end at the perfect time, Jason already has turkey on the brain.
