Mattie Prud is discussing her newfound love of being submissive on her podcast December 1st. The Bachelor alum who married Grand Trout in 2022 shares the difficulties of their early marriage and what got the pair through. Our first 6 months of marriage was really challen like just hard in a lot of different ways. Very exposing of just like sin nature that I thought I had dealt with and then it just brought back up again. and um praying together every night was very unifying and helped us fight just spiritual warfare. And for Maddie who says she struggled with saving herself for marriage, having a ring on her finger helped her to stay pure. It was the hardest for some reason. Like I think a ring being on my finger, it was like man it almost feels like we’re married. Totally. Totally agree. And just like I mean to all engaged couples listening to this podcast that is you know put up the extra boundaries and have your accountability partners. The Christian couple welcomed their first child, Hosana, in January and hold designated roles in their marriage. One of the traits Maddie has learned to love is submission. I learned a lot on just Yeah. being a a submissive wife was it was a challenge for me at first and now it’s like my favorite thing. I love talking about submission.
