This is the definition of work harder, not smarter. Watch this guy’s technique of getting this snow shoveled up. He does one line. He lifts it up. He walks all the way back. All the way back. He’s getting paid the same. He don’t care. Gives a little tossy poo. Then he starts again. I mean, I could think of all different kinds of ways to do this way more efficiently. Like for example, turning it and then like pushing it back the other way and getting double the amount of snow. Just turn. Now, don’t pick. No, don’t pick it up and walk it back. Do the same thing you just did, but back the other way. Double the snow. You get it done in half the time.

Just do the job walking the opposite way, same amount of steps, but you are not carrying the weight on the walk
they don't pay you extra for efficiently so follow the guide line because ur paid by hour not by accomplishment
Its a soccer field and they do it this way for a reason. They are going with the direction of the turf/grass. Way to tell everyone how you have never done anything but play video games or watch youtube videos.

You can't just leave a big pile of snow in one area… ruins the surface because of the weight. That's why you must dump each load after each line.
