Converge drummer Ben Koller shared an update on Instagram that he was involved in a hit-and-run collision on Sunday.
According to his post, another vehicle t-boned him and fled the scene immediately, but the car’s bumper came off during the crash and left the license plate behind. Koller said he is “walking and talking” and considers himself fortunate to have avoided more serious injury.
Koller shared:
Nice little Sunday. They t-boned me and fled the scene. Luckily their bumper flew off and had the license plate on it. I’m somehow walking and talking and pretty lucky to be alive. Don’t waste a second this thing could be over at any second and it’s completely out of your control. I think god wants me to finish my work at @heavymusiccollective ok bye see you at saddest day fest
