Leah Lewis Returns to Matlock After David Del Rio Firing | E! News

Court is back in session for Leah Lewis. Nearly two months after multiple outlets reported that her co-star David Del Rio was fired from their show Matlock following a sexual assault allegation by Leah, the actress returns to the set of the legal drama. Sharing a pic of herself to her Instagram stories December 1st writing, “And we back up and running.” This update from Leah comes as a CBS show continues to film its second season. And while the 28-year-old has yet to publicly address the alleged sexual assault, she did let fans know how she was doing shortly after David’s firing back in October. Captioning a sweet shot hugging her mom, Lorraine Lewis, on the show set, “Mom is here. We’re moving forward in love and strength. I’m in good hands. Thank you to everybody for any kind of support and care.
