Another Royal Family member has been caught up in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal in the midst of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s dramatic fall from grace due to his previous relations with the late paedophile. It’s now been claimed that Princess Sofia of Sweden also met Epstein on several occasions.
Before tying the knot with Prince Carl Philip of Sweden in 2015, the 41-year-old was a reality television star and lingerie model. According to leaked emails, the late convicted sex offender extended an invitation to Princess Sofia to visit him on his private island in the Caribbean, the Express reports.
Published by the nonprofit site ddosecrets.com and reported in Swedish outlet Dagens Nyheter, Epstein also offered Sofia, who was 21-years-old at the time, and her friend places at an acting school. The pair were reportedly introduced several times by a Swedish businesswoman, Princess Sofia’s mentor.

The businesswoman allegedly sent an email to Epstein on December 18, 2005 which read: “This is Sofia, an aspiring actress who just arrived in New York. She’s the girl I told you about before I left, who I thought you might like to meet. Maybe we can visit before you go on holiday?”
Epstein responded: “I’m in the Caribbean. Does she want to come for a couple of days? I’ll send a ticket”. The Swedish Royal Family have claimed that Sofia did not accept the invitation to Epstein’s infamous US Virgin Islands home called Little St James.
However, they did not reveal how, and when, she did meet Epstein. Confirming Sofia had meetings with Epstein prior to his conviction, the statement read: “Princess Sofia has been introduced to the person in question on a few occasions around 2005.”
German outlet Bild reports that Sofia met Epstein during one of the dinner parties the mentor allegedly helped to organise at Epstein’s Upper East Side mansion.
According to the Royal Family, Princess Sofia had no contact with Epstein after their meetings in 2005.
Meanwhile in the UK, the King’s disgraced brother, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, has been exiled from the Royal Family due to his previous relationship with Epstein.
In October, King Charles stripped the disgraced former prince of all of his royal titles and also evicted him from his 30-room Royal Lodge home in Windsor.

Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah have both had their Duke and Duchess of York titles removed and have been keeping a low profile ever since.
The former prince has been caught up in the Epstein scandal for years now with things going from bad to worse after Andrew’s car crash Newsnight interview in 2019.
His mother, the late Queen Elizabeth II stripped him of his military titles and royal patronages in January 2022. However, he was still allowed to attend royal events, retain his HRH title and live in Royal Lodge with Fergie.
In a new development this year, the King took all that away from him, reducing him to just Andrew Mountbatten Windsor who will be moving into a new property on the Sandringham estate next year.
The monarch’s decision came after Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew of sexually abusing her on three separate occasions, released her posthumous memoir in October.
