Justin Baldoni DRAGS Blake Lively For EXPLOITING #MeToo& Subpoenagate!

Justin Baldoni drags Blake Lively in these new interrogatories. You guys got to hear these. [Applause] Welcome to Popcorn Planet. I am Andy Signor. What a crazy chaotic show it’s been. It’s Kim is here. Audio version. Hey audio Kim, are you there? I am here. Hello. Oh, it’s so nice to hear your voice. She was here as well. Uh, and uh, thank you, Kim, for helping organize this part while I was out dealing with more plumbing issues. But the show goes on. We always keep going. And man, this was fun to go through. It took me a while to understand it because I’m a little slow on some of these legal terms. But guys, it’s important to know. So, Kim, help me queue it up and then I’ll read some of these. The judge is unveiling, unsealing tons of stuff. As you can see here, a lot of motions and stuff, but uh this is what we’re going to look at, which is these interrogatories, which is basically like responses where they’re asking sort of key questions, facts, which then Justin’s team on his behalf responds to sort of on the record of where he stands. Correct. Yes, I believe so. Sorry, your audio cut out there for a second. I apologize. Got it. Okay. So let’s read some of these through um as uh we see response to derogatory interrogatory number seven. Identify in a reasonable detail all factual and legal basis for your contention that the criticism against Blake Lively on social media during and after August 2024 was entirely organic. That’s the question being asked to team Justin to basically explain explain in reasonable detail the factual legal reason why the retaliation was actually organic and not just during August but after all the way to now. You ready for this answer? Now first they sort of do these caveats like it’s vague, it’s ambiguous, this term means that and we we attorney client privilege and we’re not waving all these objections but here’s what they say. Colleen Hoover’s highly successful novel, It Ends With Us, Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and the film It Ends With Us have all been subject of extraordinary public interest. Although negative coverage of Lively began with news of her casting and continued due to paparazzi photos of her character and her wardrobe, which is absolutely factually correct. Her wardrobe was slammed online. And people were calling her like a a homeless Carrie Bradshaw and a lot of other word worse stuff. It it’s part of the documentary. We we mention this and show some of those pics because people were just not it wasn’t just like she doesn’t look the character she’s not the age. They were like what is she wearing? What is this? This isn’t Lily. And as we’ve learned Blake was very instrumental in that wardrobe as it says here chosen by Lively herself. Rumors of discord between uh Justin, the film’s lead actor and director, and Blake Lively on the set heightened media interest in and somewhat prior to August 2024th. I can also tell you that’s true. That’s when I heard about it when that when she started doing these next steps. That’s when I started paying attention driven in large measure by Lively and certain cast members. Mass unfollowing of Justin Baldoni on social media. Right as the film was coming out, there was a mass unfollowing. In fact, there were theories came if you remember. Oh, this is all part of the movie. They’re trying to do that same thing that what was the the the movie with um uh uh Harry Styles, Don’t Worry, Darling, right? Yeah. Yeah. Just gave me salad flashbacks. There was a whole like are they just doing the Don’t Worry D. Like that was a theory at the point. No one really realized how much more crazy this was all going to get. When we first reported on this, I never expected it to go to where we’re at. It’s it’s it’s nuts. Uh but anyway, that was all part of where this all started. And then his absence, Justin’s absence on the film marketing, publicity events, and gossip uh regarding Lively’s efforts to rest control of the film, that all started to come out as well. And that’s when we dropped in too. Ryan writing the movie, etc., etc., all that stuff is when we chime chimed in because the press was all starting to go, what is going on this drama? Oh, do they hate each other? People love drama. and uh her response to public interest. The media began to report about a poorly conceived and tonedeaf marketing campaign for the film spearheaded by Lively in coordination with Maximum Effort. Uh which is Ryan Reynolds company. Uh Lively’s promotion of a film about domestic V with her hair care and alcohol brands. Yeah, that’s a reason to be upset. Lively’s alcohol brand sponsorship of official film promotional event and decision to name a signature cocktail after the film’s male lead. A domestic a word. Insane that she did that. The rile. Lively’s conspicuous refusal to take photos or do press with Justin and her exclusion of Justin from promotional appearances, international premieres, panel appearances, and screenings. Lively’s campaign to alienate the film’s cast and crew with responding party, including the orchestration of their mass following unfollowing of the respondent party, Lively’s pointed failure to meaningfully engage with the film’s serious subject matter, an emphasis of levity in her promotional appearances, interviews, and social media posts, and Lively’s my of bizarre and off-putting public appearances and interviews by leading up to the film’s release. Lively further fueled the negative press by feeding information the New York Times and other media outlets in advance of the filing of her complaint, which should have been private, by the way, which she provided along with inflammatory text messages to the New York Times well prior to the complaint’s filing. Criticism of Lively escalated when litigation commenced following her multi-month coordination with the New York Times to launder stolen private communications and pedal a false narrative in order to just in Justin’s view resuscitate her tarnished public image at the Wayfair party’s expense. Yeah. Through the New York Times article Lively stirred up significant public interest and her allegations against the Wayfair parties. Lively strategy backfired when the factual basis for her allegations started to unravel and the real story emerged, painting a highly negative picture of Lively and her cohorts. That negative public image has only been heightened by the unrelenting public relations tactics of Lively’s legal team, which has cynically exploited and thereby deluded. the language of DV survivorship, Darvo. Amen. The way she’s exploiting using that should should shock and disgust actual survivors uh and engage in a concerted abuse of subpoena power to intimidate internet influencers and chill public criticism of Lively. These factors and conduct by Lively and her agents organically created a climate of negative public sentiment against Lively, which spurred the media and internet users to dig up and recirculate unflattering content concerning Lively’s behavior from years past. Oh, Kim, hallelujah. I want to get your thoughts because it’s so refreshing to read something like this and I want to breeze through the next one quickly. But one thing I do want to point out is like imagine if you actually got to ask Blake about all this because she keeps talking about the retaliation camp retaliation plan. The way they write all this out. How could any of this been Justin’s doing? None of it was could have been. And and the fact that she’s ignoring all this and saying no it was all Justin’s doing makes no sense. Do am I missing something, Kim? What do you think? No, I I think the biggest thing that I took away from this and I and I do want to give credit uh to Lauren at the court of of random opinion. She brought this to everybody’s attention. It kind of was one of these unsealed documents kind of flew under their radar. But it’s just this idea that it’s like all of the subpoenas that were sent out the like 107 of them. Everything from the Google subpoena, the Twitter subpoena, the Tik Tok subpoena. What was found? What was found? because I feel like if there was anything found, we would have seen it by now. It’s just absolutely crazy and it’s nice to see it being acknowledged on the docket that in my personal opinion, I do believe that it was an improper use of the system to do all of these. It was just it was bizarre to witness. So bizarre. So bizarre. How bizarre. Cue the music. Interrogatory number 10. Also, just just in big news. We’re gonna end this video with big news. Those of you live, get ready to celebrate big news. But first, interrogatory number 10. Identify in reasonable detail all factual and legal basis for your contention that Miss Lively has failed to mitigate damages. Like what? What these damages she’s suffering? Responding party. Uh Justin objects that this eronatory seeks information subject to expert opinion and presumes that Lively has incurred damages and injuries which Justin denies without waving these objections. Justin denies that Lively suffered any damages as a result of any act or admission of Justin or Wayfair. However, to the extent Lively is alleged to have suffered damages, including without limitation as a result of reputational harm, she has failed to mitigate such damages. In her first instance, Lively was the proximate cause of any harm or damage she seeks to recover. Amen. She did it. Nobody else. To the extent Lively can show any damages approximately caused by the Wayfair parties or their efforts to diffuse the storm of negative press that Lively instigated against Justin and the Wayfair parties. Lively failed to mitigate her damages by failing to seek or turning down other acting and directing opportunities and public appearances. She was everywhere uh and promotional events for her brands. Lively also acknowledges declining to work on projects at the same time as her husband to avoid being apart from one another, limiting the opportunities available to her. I love that they they they were using their kids to make Justin and Wayfair move all the schedules and get whatever they want. Literally, some of the first correspondents were with Ryan show his manipulation as Justin’s like all like, “Hey, can we be friends? I know it’s weird. I’m going to be with your wife, but I’m I look up to you and I hope we’re good and hey.” And he’s like, “Oh, yeah, thanks.” and just immediately uses him to talk about how he needs his kids and he needs to move the schedule to accommodate them. It’s it’s sickening to look at now knowing how how it all goes. Anyway, continuing, Lively further harmed her reputation since August uh 2024 by, among other things, her tone-deaf cross- promotional efforts, which created an association between her care and liquor brands and domestic violence, making provably false claims about the Wayfair parties and exploiting the language of Me Too in a matter that has undermined her credibility with the public. Abuse of legal tactics, including initiation of illegal sham lawsuit through a shell company, Vanzan, to launder stolen communications. So true. As well as scorched earth legal campaign to intimidate content creators, chill online criticism of Lively and Lively’s exploitation or power and influence to coordinate the publication of a one-sided New York Times hit piece. Now, all that said, Kim, I I you don’t even know this yet, but you ready for it. Look who’s officially appealed with the 11th Circuit of Florida. Popcorn Planet Subpoena this. Subpoena this. We weren’t kidding, folks. We weren’t kidding. Literally hot off the press. Absolutely just dropped and filed. Popcorn Planet gives notice of its appeal to the United States Courts of Appeal for the 11th Circuit from this court’s order as entered December 2nd. Uh earlier rulings will be all included. 1. Even if the movie wasn’t a flop, no one saw her as a real movie star.
To most people, she was just Deadpool’s wife and Taylor’s friend.
People never paid attention to her and honestly, that’s probably part of why she did what she did.

    2. Yes, the aging of the character now seems really is done so Blake Liely can take on the role. She is pushed for the role by WME..

Then the disasterous wardrobe she is choosing.. then the untastefull marketing she's done with her husband, then mass unfollowed the Male Lead Character before Premier she is spearheading, then Flaa Interview really put the nail on her Reputation2 Coffin.

    3. Leaving JB out of any promotional activities makes her look like a bully or in another opinion maybe she left him out so she could take over anything to do with the movie, just my personal opinion of course.

    4. Ryan Reynolds wife isn’t the average woman. She is privileged with an influential husband. No one is going to mess with her. She’s trying to STEAL Baldoni’s film.

    5. The absolute gall of Blake Lively to cease control of wardrobe for her character, Lily, when she didn’t even bother to do her homework and read the damn book!
