Taylor Swift Subtly Changes Lyrics to 2 Reputation Songs | E! News
Taylor Swift is rewriting her music on her own terms. The Grammy winner made some subtle revisions to her lyrics in I did something bad and delicate, which were included in the version of Reputation with Dolby Atmos sound released by Apple Music on December 12th. In the first song, the third track on her 2017 project, Taylor previously sang, “But if he drops my name, then I owe him nothing. And if he spends my change, then he had it coming.” Her new I did something bad pre chorus goes, “If a man talks, then I owe him nothing. But if he calls me a then he had it coming.” Meanwhile, her second adjusted track, the fifth on the album, has a smaller change to the lyrics. In Delicate, the 35-year-old used to sing, “Dark Jeans and your Nikes. Look at you. Oh, damn. Never seen that color blue.” In the recent update, she sang, “Dark Jeans and your Nikes. Look at you. Godamn never seen that color blue.” Along with the minor adjustments to Taylor’s songs, Dolby Atmos on the music streaming platform is set to create a three-dimensional sound experience as if music were playing all around the listener, not just on the left and right. While fans can be entranced by the bejeweled singer’s sixth album, Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, and 1989 are also available in the immersive experience. [Music] [Music]
Taylor Swift revised the lyrics to her Reputation songs “I Did Something Bad” and “Delicate” after her first six albums were released on Apple Music with Dolby Atmos. In 2017’s “I Did Something Bad,” Taylor—who is engaged to Travis Kelce—previously sang, “’But if he drops my name, then I owe him nothin’ / ’And if he spends my change, then he had it comin.'” Now, she sings, “I did something bad” pre-chorus goes, “If a man talks s–t, then I owe him nothin’ / and if he calls me a b—h then he had it comin.’ On the music streaming platform, Dolby Atmos is also meant to create a three-dimensional sound experience as if music were playing all around the listener, not just on the left and right. Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red and 1989 are also available in the immersive experience, while her Eras Tour documentary ‘Taylor Swift: The End of an Era’ is streaming on Disney+. I won't even watch anything on her. She went straight from attacking every man she ever dated but you know, quietly claws come out behind everyone's backs to attacking women her exes liked. We got some real problems. When people like Halsey or Taylor or Charli xcx or doja gaga etc…. or so on and so forth try to kill a b for their crush liking another person…. You ladies need to keeo yourselves in check. Keep your hats on ill be exposing them AND MORE! Ridiculousness they are jealous and wreck themselves! Terrible behavior. Terrible people dont deserve platforms. Protect the people who don't have endless money which makes people think they can treat their audiences any way they like. Same with the burgoise cult of men in the industry preying on everyone after we have given them our money
aaah sooo
