Rob Reiner, Michele Reiner’s Son Nick Reiner to Be Charged With Murder | E! News
Nick Reiner will be charged for the murders of his father and mother Rob and Michelle 2 days after the couple were found stabbed to death in their Brentwood, California home. 32-year-old Nick faces two counts of firstdegree murder plus a special enhancement involving Nick's alleged use of a knife. The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office announced in Los Angeles December 16th. If convicted, Nick could face the death penalty or life in prison without parole, depending on which sentence the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office decides to pursue. He is currently being held without bail and is undergoing medical treatment, something all inmates undergo before being cleared for jail processing. Multiple sources tell People and the Los Angeles Times that the evening before Rob and Michelle were killed on December 13th that Nick got into a quote heated argument with his father at a holiday party hosted by Conan O'Brien. E-News has reached out to LAPD as well as with reps for Conan and the Riner family for comment but have not heard back.
