(NewsNation) — A bombshell new lawsuit claims that Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter, Riley Keough, donated her eggs to John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston for their son Benjamin.
Priscilla Presley’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, filed the amended complaint on Tuesday against Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia, according to People Magazine.
Following Lisa Marie Presley’s death in January 2023, the “entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using Plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators,” Fialko and Kruse claim in the lawsuit.

“Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, and the father of Harper and Finley Lockwood, approached Plaintiff Kruse, telling her that John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant,” the complaint reads.
The complaint doesn’t provide any clarity on whether Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs were used.
John Travolta didn’t want ‘eggs with heroin,’ lawsuit alleges
According to the lawsuit, after Travolta and Preston’s son Jett died in 2010, he brokered a deal where they would use Keough’s eggs instead of her mother’s because he didn’t want “eggs with heroin” on them.
The “Daisy Jones & The Six” was given an “old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal,” the complaint reads.
