Is Bowen Yang out at Saturday Night Live? On December 19th, multiple outlets reporting that the comedian is exiting the cast of SNL after seven seasons with reports saying that Bowen’s final appearance on the show will be the upcoming December 20th episode hosted by his wicked co-star Ariana Grande with musical guest Sher. However, reps for SNL and Bowen have not yet confirmed. E-News has reached out to reps for the actor and the [music] show and has not yet heard back. The 35-year-old first joined the cast in 2018 as a writer. The following season, he was promoted to feature player. He was promoted to join the main cast in season 47. He teased life after the comedy show to People magazine back in April, calling SNL this growing living thing where new people come in and you do have to sort of make way for them and to grow and to keep elevating themselves. He added, “That inevitably requires me to sort of hang it up at some point, adding, but I don’t know what the vision is yet.
