It’s a joke how the judge did not reprimand Lively’s lawyers. He reprimanded Bryan Freedman. Nothing for ESRA Hudson for her temper tantrum or the lawyer who asked the questions for Nicole Alexander. Absolute disgrace. The judge even making Wayfarer pay for the extra Hour deposition. This is truly disgusting behaviour.

Sometimes I have to take a break from this case. Because this judge , I try so very hard to give him a benefit of doubt.
Yet, it seems he ignores all unethical & the craziness blake's lawyers do.
Yet he seems to be watching wayfarers , lawyers under a microscope. Pointing out every tiny move they make.
The judge seems to not even listen to wayfarer side. When every time blake's lawyers goes and run to the judge, he seems accommodate there crash out behavior.
Judges at this point would be annoyed at a side running to a judge so much complaining about every little thing..

Blake's lawyers have. Not really listening to wayfarer.
Then letting Blake's lawyers act and do whatever they want. Acting like children taking tantrums. Accusing wayfarers things that are not even happening. Asking questions that have nothing to do with the case. Involving people that have nothing to do with the case.
This is bizarre.

The ruling by this judge regarding the sanctions filed by BL's lawyers regarding the expert deposition Nicole Alexander is disappointing. The judge told off Bryan Freedman but he didn’t tell BL's lawyers off for filing an email from 3 mths ago about BL's sex life, questions the Wayfarer lawyers didn't even ask BL about. BL's team filed that with the sanctions in regards to Ms Alexander deposition. She specialises in media manupliation, so nothing to do with BL'sex life. Those two are not connected so that email was purely for PR. The judge didn’t even address that email filed as evidence. I don't like this judge!!
5-6 more months & this nonsense will finally end and her and ryan will be squashed like little bugs because it's not up to the judge…
it's up to the jury.
Does anyone get the impression that Lively/Reynolds are begging for money? Are they short of cash?🤔🙏😂👏

The judge needs to be replaced. This needs to move forward. She keeps getting off with the judge. She keeps missing deadlines and stalling.
I think the judge knows that JB will appeal and is setting it up so he can.
If she WINS after all evidence proving she manipulated everyone….oh God i gonna blow! And maybe piss on Judge Lieman doorstep cause his moviments are very suspicious it always seems like he denies only to pretend doesnt have a biases towards him and is tasteless and Gross!
I think they were asking for 50% of the entire cost of the deposition so the Judge has only given them 1 hour. I guess the positive was we saw the entire deposition and Fritzy had a chance to raise the fact how BL is using the court for her PR games.

It pisses me off so badly that even though he didn't grant their sanctions, the judge said absolutely nothing about the fact that they inappropriately attached deposition transcript from months ago, and that caused the media to react negatively towards the Wayfair parties and act like it was something that just happened. Not to mention the line of questioning was not inappropriate because they thought it was inappropriate. They would've filed a motion back in September for sanctions regarding Blake's deposition. The judge is so corrupt and I'm not saying that lightly. He never calls Blake's team out for their bullshit and it's annoying as hell. What about Ezra's inappropriate deposition behavior where she tried to invoke a break when there was nine minutes left, and she threw a fit like a toddler. The thing is the Wayfair parties could ask for sanctions for many different things, but they aren't petty and they know that Judge Lyman would never rule in their favor. The judge needs to refuse himself for conflict of interest related to the fact that number one his brother is a Hollywood Director and number two, he is stock interests that can be tied to projects of Ryan Reynolds. Ryan Reynolds career taking could have a negative effect on his stock value, and that is a very clear conflict of interest. The fact that this case is still going on is absolutely absurd.
